Bronx's Birthday Marks The "Greatest Year" Of Ashlee Simpson's Life
The Simpson-Wentz trio was spotted out shopping at Dragon Books in Los Angeles this afternoon (November 20).
Today also happens to be Bronx Mowgli's first birthday, and to celebrate, his proud family took to twitter to share their happy sentiments.
“Happy birthday bx,” tweeted his dad, Pete Wentz, 30. “You dont have twitter and cant read this. thanks to all my friends that recorded lullabies. cant believe its been a year.”
Ashlee Simpson, 25, wrote her son a message last night: “BX's 1st bday tomorrow! My angel is going to be a year!! The greatest year of my life.”
Today the happy trio was spotted out shopping at Dragon Books in Los Angeles
Since Bronx’s arrival last November, Ashlee has had nothing but happy thoughts about becoming a parent. Several months ago she told OK!:
Motherhood has made me everything that I am. It’s made me the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. I don’t think you ever know until you have a child what an amazing experience it is.
Baby Bronx’s aunt, Jessica Simpson, 29, also sent out a birthday tweet: “Happy Birthday to my precious angel on earth!!! Bronx is 1 today!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! I can't believe it has been a year already.”
Neither can we!

She had an awesome time. It was a very small party this year with just our close friends and family. The location was Lollipop Dream in Sherman Oaks, Calif. We hired a Belle from Once upon a Princess. The Ariel was Kalyn. She handmade that outfit (no sewing machine, all sewn by hand) BB was also a lil' Belle. The guests dressed up and made crafts (purses & picture frames) had a tea party and Belle sang to the children before the Tinkerbell cupcake cake and cupcakes were presented. Each lil' guest left with a gift bag filled with Prince/Princess gifts. Some of the guests brought BB a present, but were asked to make a small donation to BBAF instead of gifts. We took her to see Terry Fator's show on her actual Birthday."

Amy Poehler Can’t Believe Archie Is Turning 1!
Tomorrow (October 25) is a very special day for Amy Poehler – her son, Archibald 'Archie' William Emerson Arnett, is turning 1!
“This year has been an outstanding year and really a thrilling one,” the 38-year-old Parks and Recreations star tells PEOPLE. “It’s gone by really, really fast and I can’t believe he’s 1.”
"Children are amazing for so many reasons and one of them is that they kind of punctuate your life," she adds. "Often our lives go by so fast without enjoying the moment and being able to reflect. When you have a person living in your house that is growing next to you it's just amazing to watch and reflect the passage of time."

Kelly Rutherford “Constructs” Fabulous Third Birthday Party For Hermés
Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford threw a “construction site” birthday party for her son Hermés earlier this month.
The party, which was “Rocky the Robot Truck” themed, was held at the Alice and Olivia Showroom in New York City featured a construction site play area where the birthday boy and friends built a miniature New York City skyscraper.
Approximately 10 children and 15 adults were present, including actress Sarah Winter. Proud mom Kelly, 40, was all smiles as she told friends that Hermés wanted to do her makeup before the party. She also gushed about how much her son loves his new 4-month-old baby sister, Helena Grace, and how he gives her hugs on a regular basis.
In keeping with the construction theme, guests enjoyed tea sandwiches in the shapes of tools and ate a Rocky shaped cake.
Hermés turns three this Sunday (October 18).
