Brooke Mueller: Despite Arrest, No Change In Custody Agreement With Charlie Sheen

Brooke Mueller was arrested for cocaine possession in Aspen, Colo. on Saturday but is reportedly already back home with twin sons Bob and Max, 2. "Brooke is back home in Los Angeles spending quiet time with her children," her rep told Us.
Even more fortunate for Brooke, it appears the actress will continue to share custody of the twins with ex Charlie Sheen. "Contrary to reports in the media, there will be no changes in the custody arrangement; the children are remaining with Brooke," says a rep for the family. "Both Charlie and Brooke's mother have offered to support Brooke in any way they can."

After months of trading insults, barbs, and "torpedoes of truth," actor Charlie Sheen and ex Brooke Mueller have come to an agreement in the custody dispute over 2-year-old twins, Bob and Max.
TMZ reports that the estranged couple has decided to share joint legal and physical custody of the boys, and that their attorneys submitted the details of the deal to a judge yesterday (June 1) in Los Angeles.

Soon-to-be reality TV star Brooke Mueller isn't interested in trying to refute every tabloid story that's printed about her, but the actress recently revealed that there's definitely one thing she wants to make clear -- that despite all the rumors, she is able to take care of her sons, two-year-old twins Bob and Max, and she's actually quite good at it.
"The boys are having a wonderful time. Everybody's healthy and happy," Mueller told Extra at Argyle Salon prior to Saturday's (March 26) Starlight Children's Foundation gala.

Looks like all of his Tiger Blood and Adonis DNA couldn't get Charlie Sheen an invitation to his own kids' birthday parties today (March 13).
According to E! Online, the fired Two And A Half Men star is not only missing the birthday festivities of his daughter Sam Sheen, thrown by ex-wife Denise Richards, but is also absent from the second birthday party for his twins Max and Bob that is being held at the Bel Air home of Kathy and Rick Hilton.

In the midst of the media storm surrounding her ex Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller took their 1-year-old sons Max (green pants) and Bob to a doctor's appointment in Beverly Hills, California today (March 4).
It seemed the brewing custody battle between Brooke and Charlie had been settled when he announced this afternoon during a radio interview and on Twitter that they'd "verbally reached a deal." However, the agreement is apparently now off since the Two and a Half Men star violated the deal right off the bat by publicizing it.

Brooke Mueller, the soon-to-be ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, spent some quality time with their 1 1/2-year-old twin sons Max and Bob in Glendale, Calif. on Monday (December 13).
Brooke recently checked herself into a sober living facility. According to her mother, Brooke, 33, voluntarily entered rehab in order to battle her addictions while her family is out of town.
