Beyoncé & Jay-Z Hope To Trademark Baby Blue's Name

A child's name is sometimes a very difficult thing for two parents to agree upon. Once you finally come up with something that works for both - especially if it's original and different - you hope no one else chooses that same name for any reason whatsoever. It seems new parents and R&B royalty Beyoncé and Jay-Z are taking strong measures to ensure that very thing doesn't happen to them.
According to Rolling Stone, the power couple have filed an application - made through Beyoncé's company BGK Trademark Holdings - with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to protect the name of their infant daughter Blue Ivy Carter. They have reserved the right to their daughter's name for possible use as a brand name for a line of baby-related products, including carriages, diaper bags and baby cosmetics.

The Jolie-Pitt kids may have computer access, but it's definitely limited. In an interview with Germany's Bild, Brad Pitt reveals that he and longtime love Angelina Jolie make sure that there are at least two things their kids can't search for online.
"On all the kids' computers we had our names blocked," shares Pitt. "They can't Google their mom and dad. I don't want to make myself dependent on what other people think."

Another baby for talk host Rosie O'Donnell? She and fiancee Michelle Rounds haven't been engaged for long, but the couple are already planning to start adding to their family.
"She's trying to get pregnant," O'Donnell told Dr. Mehmet Oz of Rounds on Friday's (January 27) episode of her OWN show.

Reps for Beyoncé and Jay-Z may have declined to comment about the rumor that the couple asked Oprah Winfrey to serve as godmother to their newborn daughter, Blue Ivy, but someone is talking.... Oprah's BFF Gayle King. And according to Gayle, if Ms. Winfrey was bestowed the honor, she doesn't know it yet!
"It's absolutely not true that she's the godmother," King explained Friday (January 27) on CBS This Morning.
