"I'm so thankful that my midwife and doctor paid such wonderful attention to me and the little ladies," said Farr, 38. "And I’m really glad that I got to 36 weeks with multiples."
As for the names, she explains that Sawyer is a family name for her, and Coco is an island in the Maldives where she and her husband Sueung Chung - owner of the marketing company The Cashmere Agency- honeymooned.
They already have a 17-month old son Beckett.

Numb3rs star Diane Farr, 38, and her husband Seung Yong Chung are expecting twins. The babies will join big brother Beckett Mancuso Chunga, 1.
A source tells People that Farr plans to leave Numb3rs at the end of the season so she can prepare for the babies, and work on a new TV series with Rescue Me writer Peter Tolan.
