Gabriel Aubry was photographed picking up his 3-year-old daughter Nahla from preschool on Wednesday (February 8) in Los Angeles, Calif. Nahla held tight to an oversized, purple stuffed animal as her protective papa carried her to the car.
Last week, A Los Angeles judge ruled in Gabriel's favor in the ongoing custody battle between him and ex Halle Berry. Sources say social workers recommended that no changes be made in the current custody agreement between the co-parents, and the judge is likely to refuse granting Halle's request for a restraining order and/or monitored visitation.

Gabriel Aubry and his adorable daughter Nahla got into the swing of things at a park in Los Angeles, Calif. on Friday (February 3).
The three-year-old had a blast being pushed by her dad, and then the two spent some time playing in the sand. Gabriel appeared to be relaxed – probably because of some good news he received in court the other day.

Pre-school can really wear a kid out. Gabriel Aubry had his hands full with tired daughter Nahla when he picked her up from school in West Hollywood, Calif. on Friday (February 3). The three-year-old looked like she was ready for a nap as she was carried to the car by her dad.
Gabriel, the ex-boyfriend of Halle Berry, has some reason to celebrate – a judge ruled in his favor yesterday in the ongoing custody battle between the sparring couple.

Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry – father of her three year old daughter Nahla – had a judge rule in his favor today in the ongoing custody battle between the sparring couple. According to RadarOnline.com, social workers recommended that no changes be made in the current custody agreement between Berry and Aubry, and the judge is likely to refuse granting Berry's request for a restraining order and/or monitored visitation.
The latest tussle is over allegations that Aubry pushed the nanny while holding the toddler and while he has denied the allegations, the Canadian model is now under criminal investigation for battery and child endangerment.

Regardless of Halle Berry's no contact request, Gabriel Aubry was seen picking up their 3-year-old daughter Nahla from preschool in Los Angeles on Tuesday (January 31).
After recently appearing in court, the Canadian model and his ex have agreed to seek counseling for the benefit of their daughter. The judge has not ruled on Halle's request to keep Nahla from Gabriel until the full investigation of endangerment is completed.

Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry has requested that the court keep baby-daddy Gabriel Aubry from having any contact with their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, until a full child endangerment investigation has been conducted. But it looks like Berry will have to wait until Monday (January 30) for the judge's decision on the matter.
TMZ reports that Judge Scott Gordon has delayed the ruling in order to allow Judge Mark Juhas, who has been presiding over the case from the start, to return from vacation and make the decision as to whether or not Aubry should be prevented from having contact with Nahla.

Yesterday, we reported that former model Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery against his daughter Nahla.
Today Nahla's mother Halle Berry has arrived at court, where she plans to ask a judge for an order prohibiting her ex from having any contact with their 3-year-old daughter until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved, TMZ reports.
