I had such a great time writing my first blog, I'm eagerly at it again! Bear with me, as I want to answer some of the questions you had posted regarding PPD, stay at home dad's, etc..
I want you to know getting over PPD was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I call it the real success of my life, because at the time I was in such a horrible state, that I seriously didn't know how to live or feel. It was impossible for me to do anything without getting the proper help I needed, which is why I'm saying --- Get help! The best advice I can give and something I personally did was call my OBGYN. They will point you in the right direction and most likely have you come in to discuss medications or other directions you may want to take. This is a serious illness, so please for you, your loved ones & me... Reach out!

She is set to host a new television series and is also working on a book which delves into her own experience of postpartum depression after all three of her pregnancies.

Hello fellow Moms & Dads,
This marks my first blog ever. I have to say I was thrilled with its familiar subject matter, after all I've been a mommy now for over 12 years! Becoming a parent for me brought an overwhelming amount of emotion that ranged from pure bliss, fatigue, frustration and a deep love that's indescribable for those without children. I thoroughly enjoy being a mom and the day to day monotony it brings. It's clearly not the beaches of Baywatch, but it has its magical moments!

Gena Lee Nolin And Family: Red Carpet Whiteout
All decked out in white, Gena Lee Nolin and husband Cale Hulse hit the red carpet with sons Spencer, 12, and Hudson, 3, for yesterday’s world premiere of G-Force in LA.
The couple also has a 7-month-old daughter, Stella. Gena’s hockey player husband has an 8-year-old daughter, Caia, from a previous relationship while the Baywatch star’s son Spencer is from a previous marriage.
Gena Lee Nolin & Family's Pan Pacific Play
Baywatch star Gena Lee Nolin enjoyed a sunny afternoon at LA's Pan Pacific Park yesterday with her hockey player husband Cale Hulse and their kids Hudson, 3, and Stella, 7 months.
The happy family spent some time at the playground before making a beeline for the ice cream cart, where little Hudson seemed to take his time picking out the perfect treat.
Gena, 37, is also mom to 12-year-old son Spencer from a previous marriage and Cale has an 8-year-old daughter, Caia, from a previous relationship.
Gena Lee Nolin Welcomes Baby Girl: Stella Monroe
Former Baywatch star Gena Lee Nolin and her husband, NHL hockey player Cale Hulse, have welcomed a baby girl, her rep confirms to PEOPLE. Stella Monroe Hulse was born Wednesday, December 3rd in Scottsdale, Ariz., weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz. and measuring 20 1/2 inches long.
"Mom and baby are both healthy and doing very well," Jerry Shandrew, Gena's rep confrimed. "The whole family is very excited to welcome baby Stella home".
This is the second child for the couple, who welcomed son Hudson in April of 2006. Nolin also has an 11-year-old son, Spencer, from her first marriage, and Hulse has a daughter, Caia, 7, from a previous relationship.
"My children teach me to slow down and enjoy life," Nolin said in 2006. "My children are the reason I laugh, smile and want to get up every morning."

Former Baywatch star Gena Lee Nolin, 36, celebrated her baby shower in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Sept, 13th. Gena and NHL Hockey Player husband Cale Hulse, are expecting their second child - Stella Monroe this fall. Gena told Life & Style
" I love my boys. They're awesome, but having a little girl is going to be amazing."
Gena and Cale are also parents to son, Hudson Lee, 2, and son Spencer, 11, from her first marriage.
