Anne Heche, James Tupper and her son Homer, 9, were spotted leaving the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, Calif. on Thursday night (December 1). They were at the opening night of the musical Wicked. Atlas, 2, wasn't with them.

The former Men In Trees actress even had time to sign autographs outside!

Anne Heche, James Tupper and their son Atlas arrived at the Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday (September 24). The couple were all smiles as their 2 1/2-year-old was pushed in his stroller.

On Sunday the family, along with Anne's son Homer and her sister Abigail, attended the premiere of Iris: A Journey Into The World Of Cinemaby by Cirque du Soleil at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.

The family walked through the terminal with their beverages from Starbucks. Atlas, the couple's 2-year-old son, wasn't spotted with them.

Actress Anne Heche and her ex Coley Laffoon were reunited today thanks to their 8-year-old son Homer's soccer game in Los Angeles, California (December 5). Though both were on the sidelines for the match - Anne was cheering, Coley is the team's coach - they seemed to steer clear of one another.

There's no love lost between the pair, who split in 2007. Just last year Anne complained about Coley during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, calling him a "lazy ass" and saying,

Anne Heche and her 7 ½-year-old son Homer were photographed at Michael Jackson's This Is It premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday (October 27). Anne's lookalike son gave the paps quite a look as he posed with his mama at the Nokia Theatre.

Legendary film star Elizabeth Taylor was one of the first to see her late friend Michael Jackson's final performance in This Is It. The 77-year-old actress tweeted that it's the greatest film of all time:

It is the single most brilliant piece of filmmaking I have ever seen. It cements forever Michael's genius in every aspect of creativity."

Sporting new red locks, Anne Heche was photographed with her partner James Tupper and her 7-year-old son Homer at Cirque du Soleil's opening night for Kooza in Santa Monica on Friday (October 16). Homer's dad is Anne's ex-husband, Coley Laffoon. Anne and James are new parents to 7-month-old son Atlas.

The 40-year-old Six Days Seven Nights star recently said she and James have no plans to wed: “I hope not! I want to stay in love."

Actress Anne Heche and boyfriend James Tupper are expecting their first child together!

"They are thrilled," her rep tells Us.

The couple met in 2006 on the set of Men In Trees, and got together in 2007. Anne has a 6 1/2-year-old son, Homer, with ex-husband Coley Laffoon. Their divorce was final in June, after a long, bitter court battle.

Anne Heche and her boyfriend, former Men In Trees co-star James Tupper, took Anne's 6 1/2-year-old son Homer with them when they shopped at Bristol Farms in L.A. today. James carried Homer on his shoulders and pushed the cart out of the store. Homer's dad is Anne's ex-husband Coleman Laffoon.

Anne has a movie, Spread, due out in 2009.
