She tells Access Hollywood, "I haven't like spelled it out that I'm the Evil Queen. Because I showed them [Disney's] Snow White and they had nightmares and they cried."

Julia Roberts: My Husband Is "My Rock"

Julia Roberts: My Husband Is "My Rock"

In Eat Pray Love, Julia Roberts plays a woman who leaves her marriage in a quest of self-discovery, but in real life it's husband Daniel Moder that keeps her grounded.

He's my rock. My husband is my best bud. He's so smart and he never lets me down

And the actress also admits that it's her husband's dedication to their three children – twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 5, and son Henry, 3 – that makes it possible for her to accept as many movie roles as she does. "People often ask me about balancing work and motherhood and whatnot, but it's easier for me than for so many others," she said. "I can choose when I work and I have a wonderful support system in place."

But Julia is quick to point out that there isn't any one key to a happy union. "There's no 'secret' to a successful marriage - it's not a magic trick," she says. "I'm just lucky to have found someone who I can build my life on.

"I'm at an appropriate place in my life. But you have to continually nurture that place. I don't think it's a finite fixed point on a map, but family definitely plays a huge part in that."

Julia Roberts’ Twins Brought Her Family Back Together

Aug 19, 2010 by DESIREE FAWN
Julia Roberts’ Twins Brought Her Family Back Together

The arrival of Julia Roberts’ twins, Hazel and Phinnaeus, in 2004 ended up being the catalyst which halted the long running feud between the star’s family and her actor brother Eric Roberts, 54.

The Ocean’s Eleven star and her brother had a falling out in the 90s which resulted in the siblings not speaking for several years.

However, Eric says that the distance between he and the rest of his family disappeared after Julia and husband Danny Moder welcomed their now 5-year-old twins.

“We’re brother and sister and we both have really strong opinions about things,” he explains. “So it’s a lot of ‘f--k you,’ ‘no, f--k you’ and hanging up the phone”

But it got so blown out of proportion. We stopped talking and then with the birth of the twins we started talking again. Now we talk almost every day. I like her.

In addition to the twins, Julia, 42, and Daniel are also parents to 3-year-old Henry. Eric has one daughter, 19-year-old Emma, as well as two step-children, Keaton and Morgan.
