Julianne Moore and her 9-year-old daughter Liv attended a performance of Freckleface Strawberry The Musical on Saturday (December 10). The event, to benefit Save The Children, was held at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center in New York City. The musical is based on Moore's bestselling books for children.
Looking just like her mom, Liv looked cute in shimmery leggings, fluffy skirt and bright red coat.

Actress Julianne Moore and her 12-year-old son Cal rocked the red carpet at the New York premiere of Crazy, Stupid, Love on Tuesday (July 19). The gorgeous redhead stars as Emily, the wife of Steve Carell in the new comedy.
The 50-year-old mom-of-two was spotted with her 9-year-old daughter Liv earlier this month.

The Kids Are All Right star Julianne Moore and her 9-year-old daughter Liv were seen strolling in Los Angeles. The mother-daughter duo sported their funky hats while shopping at Kid Firefly on Monday (July 11). Big brother Caleb, 12, was not spotted with the pretty pair.
The 50-year-old mom of two recently talked about feeling sexy. "I think [to feel sexy,] you need to be away from your children. Doing the mommy stuff does sort of squash that area of your life," she said. "The day-to-day of picking up kids and going to the eye doctor and then dropping them off at basketball and then going to the middle school concert doesn't make you feel very sexy."

Julianne Moore says that it's difficult to feel sexy unless she and husband Bart Freundlich are able to spend some time away from kids Caleb, 13, and Liv, 8.

If it hadn’t been for their two children, Julianne Moore and hubby Bart Freundlich might never have tied the knot.
“The only reason I got married in 2003 was for my children,” explains the 50-year-old actress to the UK’s Guardian newspaper. “I had a therapist who said marriage is really a container for family, and that made sense to me.”

Julianne Moore is at the International Rome Film Festival promoting The Kids Are Alright, the film she stars in with Annette Bening as a long-term lesbian couple raising their teenage children. Moore used the opportunity to speak out in favor of gay parents, telling reporters that studies prove children of same-sex couples were "healthy and happy and everything you'd want them to be."
"What children need is two loving parents," the actress said. "It doesn't matter if they are two moms, or two dads, or a mom and a dad."

Julianne Moore's Kids Don't Care About Her Career

Julianne Moore is already garnering Oscar buzz for her role in this year's The Kids Are All Right. Despite her star status, Julianne says her kids Caleb, 12, and Liv, 8, aren't overly impressed with her career.
"I think most of us have a very strong interest in our parents being our parents," Julianne tells CNN. "If my kids had an interest in my job, I would be worried."

With two kids - son Caleb is 12 and daughter Liv is 8 - and busy careers, Julianne Moore and her husband Bart Freundlich find it hard to schedule regular "date nights."
"That's kind of impossible," the actress tells People. "I admire people who manage that. We try to get out when we can. We're like any other couple. It’s always difficult."

Julianne Moore and her 8-year-old daughter Liv were spotted strolling in New York City on Sunday (September 19).
Moore is also a children's book author. Her book, Freckleface Strawberry, is now an off-Broadway musical for kids.
Earlier this summer, the actress spoke about the stage version to WENN.
"It's really fun and weird because I have little to do with it. They optioned the book and decided to do it. It's kind of fun and interesting to see it." She adds, "I saw a workshop they did with children and a workshop they did with adults. I think they're gonna mount the show with young adults playing kids because it's difficult getting really little kids to do this kind of stuff. The music is charming. It was a lot of fun to watch. It's opening in September off-Broadway."
Moore's husband is Bart Freundlich, a director. They also have a 12-year-old son named Caleb.
