Brooke Mueller took some time out from her sober living facility to attend Kathy Hilton's birthday lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday (March 18). The 32-year-old mom of two was seen toting her 2-year-old twin sons - Max (sandals) and Bob - who wore matching Burberry shirts and khakis.
Brooke and her estranged husband, troubled actor Charlie Sheen, have reached a custody agreement after two weeks of intense negotiations.

Looks like all of his Tiger Blood and Adonis DNA couldn't get Charlie Sheen an invitation to his own kids' birthday parties today (March 13).
According to E! Online, the fired Two And A Half Men star is not only missing the birthday festivities of his daughter Sam Sheen, thrown by ex-wife Denise Richards, but is also absent from the second birthday party for his twins Max and Bob that is being held at the Bel Air home of Kathy and Rick Hilton.

In the midst of the media storm surrounding her ex Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller took their 1-year-old sons Max (green pants) and Bob to a doctor's appointment in Beverly Hills, California today (March 4).
It seemed the brewing custody battle between Brooke and Charlie had been settled when he announced this afternoon during a radio interview and on Twitter that they'd "verbally reached a deal." However, the agreement is apparently now off since the Two and a Half Men star violated the deal right off the bat by publicizing it.

Brooke recently checked herself into a sober living facility. According to her mother, Brooke, 33, voluntarily entered rehab in order to battle her addictions while her family is out of town.

Brooke, who is in the midst of divorcing her husband Charlie Sheen, will soon be teaming up with Kathy's daughter Paris Hilton in a new reality show on the Oxygen network.
