Michael Gambon Welcomes New Son With Mistress

Harry Potter actor, Sir Michael Gambon has become a father again at the age of 68, The Sun reports. Gambon and his mistress, set designer Phillipa Hart have welcomed a son, William, who joins older brother Michael, 2.
Gambon also has a 44-year-old son with his wife of 45 years, Lady Anne. His wife is aware of his second family with Phillipa, 43, and according to a family friend, “accepts the second relationship, though there have been rows in the past.”
Michael shares a house in Gravesend, Kent with his wife and visits Phillipa in Chiswick, South West London, “a few times a week” and has been described by friends as being “delightful” though having a “very short temper.”
Michael joined the Harry Potter series in the third film, The Prisoner of Azkaban, after Richard Harris, the original Albus Dumbledore, passed away.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will begin playing in theaters next month.
