Danish Prince Joachim and his French-born wife, Princess Marie, are expecting their second child, the royal court confirmed on Wednesday.
"Their royal highnesses Prince Joachim and Princess Marie have the pleasure of announcing that Princess Marie is pregnant," the royal court stated, adding, "The birth is expected to take place at the national Rigshospitalet hospital at the end of January 2012."

The princesses dressed to impress! Eugenie, 21, set off her bold blue floral Vivienne Westwood suit with a stylish hat with feathers and flowers, while Beatrice, 22, accented her red locks with a sculptural topper to match her Valentino coat.

It was a big day for Denmark's Crown Prince Frederik and Princess Mary and their lovely family. The proud parents took their newborn twins to be christened at the Church of Holmen in Copenhagen. Those babies are just so adorable!
The couple also finally revealed the names of their new children, who were born on January 8: Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander and Josefine Sofia Ivalo Mathilda.

Denmark's Crown Prince Frederick and Princess Mary released official photographs of their newborn twins. The adorable baby boy and girl were born at Copenhagen's university hospital Rigshospitalet on January 8 and will be named at their christening on April 14.
Proud parents are Tasmanian-born Princess Mary, 39, and Crown Prince Frederik, 42. The twins are fourth and fifth in line to the throne, after their father and older siblings Prince Christian, 5, and Princess Isabella, 3.

Congratulations - times two! - to Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, who welcomed twins this morning.
The royal court announced that the "two fine children" - a boy and a girl - were born at the national Rigshospitalet hospital in Copenhagen and that "Both mother and children are doing well."

A spokesperson for the couple has confirmed the happy news:
Their Royal Highnesses the Crown Prince and Crown Princess have the great pleasure to announce that the Crown Princess is expecting twins. The birth is expected to take place at the Rigshospitalet (hospital in Copenhagen) in the course of the month of January, 2011.
The royal couple, who were married in 2004, are already parents to Prince Christian, 4, and Princess Isabella, 3.

Spain’s Crown Princess Letizia, along with her husband, Prince Felipe, and daughters, Infanta Leonor, 3 1/2, and Infanta Sofia, 2, were seen enjoying a sailing race in Palma.
The family was spotted earlier this week posing for the cameras at Saint Mary of Valencia Cathedral.
Letizia has been included in Vanity Fair’s 70th annual International Best Dressed List issue which is set to hit newsstands August 11.
