School of Rock star Jack Black took care of the school run yesterday, walking his oldest son Sammy, 5 next month, to class in Beverly Hills, California (May 9).
Next up for the dad-of-two - son Thomas is 2 - is Kung Fu Panda 2, the sequel to the 2008 hit animated flick.

Funny dad Jack Black was on the school run today, picking up his 4-year-old son Sammy after class in Studio City, California (February 23). Love the little varsity jacket!
We last spotted this father-son pair, along with mom Tanya Haden and little brother Thomas, 2, spending an afternoon at Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills last month.

Actor Jack Black and his wife Tanya Haden spent the afternoon at the playground at Coldwater Park in Beverly Hills, California with their sons Samuel, 4, and Thomas, 2 (November 28). The hands-on dad got in on the fun, taking a turn on the swings and slide with the boys.
The High Fidelity actor is one of several stars who have signed on to a new Muppets flick that's scheduled for release in 2011.

Jack Black was spotted carrying his 3-year-old son Samual to daycare in Los Angeles yesterday (January 19).
Earlier this week the 40-year-old funnyman surprised teen kidney patients at the 11th Annual Renal Teel Dance in Sherman Oaks, Calif., where teens and young adults get a chance to experience the prom that they may have missed in the past.
He explained his guest appearence, saying:
Someone in my family is closely involved in the cause and asked me to come out, and I said yeah of course. How could I say no? How could I refuse?
What a great guy!
Jack and wife Tanya are also parents to 19-month-old Thomas.

The 40-year-old School of Rock star just released an action-adventure video game in which he plays a roadie who gets transported back to medieval times and must fight evil with rock.

Jack Black was spotted with his wife Tanya Hadden and their two boys - Samuel, 3, and Thomas, 1 - at a park in Beverly Hills on Sunday (October 11).
The 40-year-old funnyman was sporting a Brutal Legends tee. Brutal Legends is a action-adventure video game under development voiced by Jack who plays a roadie who gets transported back to the medieval times and must fight evil with rock.

This was a tough one! Thomas David Black, 16 months, was spotted in West Hollywood with his dad, Jack Black, mom Tanya Hadden, and 3-year-old big brother Samuel.
Earlier this summer, the 40-year-old Tenacious D rocker and School of Rock actor reflected on fatherhood during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman:
I figure I’ve got, like, 30 really good years left, and then five or 10 not very good years after that, and I just want to get it all in. I want to raise my boys and lead them into manhood, to be responsible, kind gentleman.”
Sammy Black Gets A Lift

Three-year-old Sammy hitched a ride with his dad Jack Black yesterday as the pair, along with mom Tanya Haden, headed to catch the summer production of Peter Pan that's playing at the Kensington Gardens Theatre in London.
Earlier this summer Jack, who is also dad to 1-year-old son Thomas, reflected on fatherhood during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman:
