Actress Tia Carrere and British photojournalist Simon Wakelin are calling it quits. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant filed for divorce from her husband of seven years on Thursday (April 1) citing irreconcilable differences, reports PEOPLE.

The papers, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, show the couple has a prenuptial agreement and that Tia is seeking sole physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Bianca.

This will be divorce no. 2 for the 43-year-old Wayne’s World star who split from producer hubby Elie Samaha in 2000 after a nearly eight year marriage.
