Tameka Foster and her attorneys have made a number of claims about ex Usher Raymond and how he's handled his duties as a co-parent since the couple's divorce. But now, the singer is fighting back.
TMZ reports that Usher has filed a response with the court, asking the judge to reject Tameka's request for full custody of their sons Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, arguing that all of her allegations are false...including Foster's complaint about her cancelled Saks 5th Avenue credit card.

The custody battle between R&B superstar Usher and ex, Tameka Foster is heating up as reports have surfaced that Foster accused the singer of popping pills in front of their two sons - Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3. But according to Tameka, she isn't the one behind the nasty rumors and never asked for Usher to be tested for narcotics.
"I never accused him of drugs," Foster tells Star. "My attorneys requested the test, not me. I'm merely in defense mode."

Days after his son's fourth birthday, TMZ reports that Usher Raymond's ex, Tameka Foster, has asked a judge to take away the singer's rights to their two children - Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 2 - and soon!
According to court documents obtained by the site, Tameka claims that Raymond has repeatedly dropped the ball when it comes to his legal obligations as a co-parent, and is also requesting an increase in child support payments.

Singer Usher has a reputation for helping kids through his New Look Foundation and also for nurturing young talent – he has famously mentored superstar Justin Bieber.
But the singer tells CNN.com that he wants the youth of today to not only appreciate the guidance they receive, but the importance of helping others. During the recent World Leadership Awards that celebrates the youth Usher mentors through his New Look Foundation, the father-of-two stressed the importance of also giving back.

Report: Usher & Tameka Foster Split

Usher and his wife of 2 years Tameka Foster are headed for divorce.
In Touch magazine is reporting that the couple, who have sons Usher Raymond V, 18 months, and Naviyd, 6 months, separated some time ago and are set to make the split official.
“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” In Touch quotes an insider as saying, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”
Reps for the couple have yet to comment.

PEOPLE is reporting that Usher and his wife Tameka Foster welcomed their second son on Wednesday. Us released his name and birth information: Naviyd Ely Raymond , born at 2:33 a.m. on December 10, weighing in at 5 lbs., 13 oz.
The newest Raymond joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who just turned 1 on November 26. Tameka, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship.
"I'm so proud to be a father by the time I'm 30," Usher (who turned 30 in October) told PEOPLE in August. "I'd hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they're in high school!"

In Touch Weekly reports that R&B star Usher and his wife Tameka are expecting their second child. A 'friend' of the couple reports that the new bambino is due in December. Usher and Tameka are parents to a 10-month-old son named Usher Jr.

Usher's Son Is "A Hyper Baby"

"He's like hyper baby — he's crawling so fast! He stands up, and he's walking around the table ... it's amazing to watch him,I've never seen a baby crawl so fast! I call him Dash, like on the Incredibles!"
Foster admits that every day is a new challenge with the baby.
"We're just scared because the baby knows how to get off the bed already, so our bed is like a gigantic crib because we have rails. It's hilarious!" Foster added. "Can you imagine a king-size crib?"
She also reveals that she and Usher would like to expand their brood.
"I'd love to have more, we just gotta make the time," Foster said.
Foster was previously married and has three children with Noontime Music cofounder Ryan Glover.

Usher Raymond, and his pregnant fiancée Tameka Foster, are pictured leaving their hotel in NYC yesterday.
Recent headlines shockingly told how the couple cancelled their wedding last Saturday. Now nuptials are back on, reports USMagazine, "As of right now we don't have a date but we will let you know when we do."
A source close to the couple says, Foster who is four-months pregnant was admitted to St. Vincent's Medical Center in NYC after cramping. But according to the source, "she learned it was just uneasiness brought on by the stress of the wedding."
