Will Ferrell coached his son Magnus' soccer team in Los Angeles, Calif. on Saturday (November 19). During the game the comedic actor and his other son, Mattias, 4, cheered on from the sidelines. The boys' little baby brother Axel, 1 1/2, and their mom, Viveca, weren't at the game.
Will looked the doting dad hugging Mattias and comforting Magnus (number 11 shirt), who seemed to be hurt at one point.

Funnyman Will Ferrell spent Sunday afternoon (December 5) with his wife Viveca and their three sons - Magnus, 6 1/2, Mattias, 4 later this month, and Axel, 10 months - at a Beverly Hills park with some friends.

Comedic genius may run in the family for Will Ferrell and his sons Magnus, 6, Mattias, 3, and Axel, 10 months. The hilarious Megamind star tells Parents magazine how his boys keep him in stitches.
On his funny boys: "Boy, they make me laugh probably every single day just with the way they look at the world. As everyone who has kids knows, [children have] a completely unique outlook about the world, and the stuff they come up with every day makes me laugh."

Funny man Will Ferrell paid a visit to The Late Show With David Letterman and dished on his three sons, Magnus, 6, Mattias, 3, and Axel, 6 months with wife Viveca Paulin.
In the interview he revealed the origins of his Axel's name, saying, "It's an unusual name here, not in Sweden. It's a Swedish name. And our two other boys are Magnus and Mattias, which are Swedish names also. And so we knew we had to give him a Swedish name. I mean we did play around with the though of naming him, like Gary... but then it would be weird, Magnus, Mattias and Gary."
When Letterman asked how big brothers are enjoying Axel, Ferrell shared a story,
The other guys love him. Magnus is 6, Mattias is 3, so they love their little brother. However, they don't love each other, so much. And it's funny to try to parent and watch their personalities come forward, I was trying to discipline... I think Mattias the younger guy hit Magnus at one point, and I was trying to explain how you can't do that. And it's not good, and the reason is because Magnus was just trying to help you and he loves you so much, at which point Magnus leaned over and whispered to me, 'Papa, just so you know, I don't love him that much.'"
Ferrell, who is busy promoting his latest film The Other Guys, met Swedish born Paulin in acting class in 1995. The two were married in 2000.

Funny man Will Ferrell, wife Viveca Paulin and their three sons, Magnus, 6, Mattias, 3 1/2, and 5-month-old Axel took a leisurely stroll in Stockholm, Sweden yesterday (June 17).
The family-of-five appeared to be bracing for rain, armed with an umbrella and covering up Axel with a rain cover in his stroller.
Up next for the 42-year-old SNL alum is a slew of films, including the animated film, Megamind, featuring the voices of fellow celebrity dad Brad Pitt and comedy queen Tina Fey.

The 42-year-old SNL alum and his wife, Viveca Paulin, recently welcomed their third son, Axel, on January 24.

So sweet! Will Ferrell and two of his sons - Magnus, 5, and Mattias, 3 - spent Super Bowl Sunday (February 7) with with some friends in sunny West Hollywood, California. It looks like the boys just came from a soccer game.
The 42-year-old Blades of Glory star and his wife, Viveca Paulin, recently welcomed their third son, Axel, on January 24.

Congratulations to Will Ferrell and his wife Viveca Paulin, who welcomed their third son on January 24!
Axel Ferrell was born in Los Angeles on Saturday morning, joining big brothers Magnus, 5, and Mattias, 3. A rep for the funny dad confirms that "All the Ferrells are well."
Will and Viveca, who met at an acting class in 1995, announced the pregnancy in September.

Will Ferrell and his son Mattias - who turns 3 later this month - were spotted in matching outfits leaving Joan's on 3rd in Los Angeles on Saturday (December 5). Will's expectant wife, Viveca Paulin, and their 5 1/2-year-old son Magnus followed closely behind.
Will and Viveca are expecting their third child - another boy! - next month.
The 42-year-old funnyman has two movies set for release next year: MegaMind and The Other Guys.

Former SNL funny man Will Ferrell, 42, and wife Viveca Paulin took their two sons, Magnus, 5 ½, and Mattias, 2 ½, out for breakfast in Chelsea Market this morning (November 28) followed by a nice long stroll through the Meatpacking District.
Viveca, 40, and Will, 42, who met in an acting class in 1995 and married in 2000, recently announced that they are expecting baby no. 3 this January.
