Isabelle Grace Jewelry is a beautiful, inspiring collection of personalized jewelry designed by artist Claudia Montez at her studio in Dartmouth, MA. Each piece is handmade, and crafted from sterling silver, 14 carat gold and semi-precious stones. Personalization options include names, birth dates, wedding dates and personal messages. Celebrity followers include Camila Alves, Penelope Ann Miller, Jennifer Garner, Alison Sweeney, Britney Spears, and many more.
Alison Sweeney is pictured above wearing Isabelle Grace's #1 selling necklace. These charming (.999) fine silver tags are double sided and custom stamped with name on one side and date of birth on the other and feature our unique heart design. Available with 3 chain options, cable chain, silver bead chain (same as gold bead but in silver) and the gold bead chain. Love Tags are available in 3 different sizes. Small tags will fit five to six letters, medium tags will fit six to seven letters, and large tags will fit nine letters. Add charms by going to their charm category - love tags are made by hand, each one will have it's own unique feel.
