Usher Asks Judge To Reject Ex's Request For Full Custody Of Their Sons

Tameka Foster and her attorneys have made a number of claims about ex Usher Raymond and how he's handled his duties as a co-parent since the couple's divorce. But now, the singer is fighting back.

TMZ reports that Usher has filed a response with the court, asking the judge to reject Tameka's request for full custody of their sons Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, arguing that all of her allegations are false...including Foster's complaint about her cancelled Saks 5th Avenue credit card.

According to court documents obtained by the site, Tameka is alleging that Usher has failed to get her permission to travel with their sons, hired nannies without her approval, and kept her from spending time with the boys during Christmas break in 2010. Foster is also asking for an increase in child support payments due to a "substantial increase" in Raymond's income since their marriage ended.

As previously reported, there were also claims that Usher had abused drugs in front of his sons, but Tameka denies that she was the source of those rumors and says that she never asked for Raymond to submit a drug test.

"I never accused him of drugs," said Foster. "My attorneys requested the test, not me. I'm merely in defense mode."

A trial date has been set for February 27.
