Former Melrose Place star Courtney Thorne-Smith took her 1-year-old old son Jacob grocery shopping at Whole Foods in Brentwood, CA. Courtney protected baby Jacob from all the shopping cart germs with a handy blue cover. What a great idea!

Dad is Courtney's husband of two years, Roger Fishman.
