Courtney Thorne-Smith was photographed taking her 1-year-old son Jacob "Jake" Emerson Fishman for a walk around their Pacific Palasades neighborhood on Thursday. The mother-son duo are often seen going for a walk near their Los Angeles home.

Dad is Courtney’s husband of two years, Roger Fishman. We just saw the family of three going for a hike in the LA area.
