Brooke Burns & Daughter: Coffee Bean Beauties

Brooke Burns and her 8 1/2-year-old daughter Madison, along with Max the dog, playfully strolled home after grabbing some coffees from Coffee Bean. Dad is Brooke's ex-husband Julian McMahon of the TV show Nip/Tuck.

The 31-year-old actress and former model broke a bone in her neck in November 2005 after diving into a pool at her home. A friend, an ex-firefighter, found her, stabilized her neck, and called 911. As a result of her injury, she has a titanium fusion in her neck comprising a plate, rod, and ten screws.
