I love Giada and I love this dish! A family favorite for sure!
So easy - all in one pot.
I don't use artichokes and butter. I use a bit more dried thyme.
You won't be disappointed. If you like chicken, you'll love this!
I've served this dish to guests and everyone has loved it.

Oh great, I'll add some more of my fav chicken thigh recipes (2 staples come to mind)...
PS. use chicken thighs, skin on, bone in for this recipe. You can take skin off after if you like.
