Like doting first time parents, Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof check in on their newborn daughter Satyana Denisof as they strolled through their neighborhood in the overcast Los Angeles weather on Saturday. As the couple continued with their walk, Alexis jokingly frowned at the paparazzi who were following them.

Satyana is the first child for the Buffy the Vampire Slayer actors. She was born on Alyson's 35th birthday, March 24.
