Meet The Team

Lisa created the site in 2006 while working as a Labor & Delivery nurse. What started out as a labor of love soon turned into a full-time gig, and before she knew it Lisa was trading in her scrubs to run Celebrity Baby Scoop. Lisa resides in beautiful Sparta, NJ with her husband Jeff and their own little superstars, Grace, 10, Abigail, 8, and Graham, 6.

Jenny is a proud Canuck, residing in Vancouver, BC with her husband Rob, 5-year-old son Gavin, 2 1/2-year-old daughter Ava and newest addition Enzo, 4 months. Jenny's guilty pleasure has always been perusing celebrity blogs (and before the days of blogs, yes, she read the tabloid mags). Although her social work and sociology background is quite a stretch from celeb gossip, this busy mother of 3 delights in bringing the glossy pictures and breaking news to the people. When not enjoying the latest pictures of the always-delightful Matilda Ledger, the Jolie-Pitt clan, the uber sexy and romantic Hugh Jackman, or the greatest rockstar and sexiest celebrity of all time Jon Bon Jovi, Jenny can be found spending time with her family, or perhaps even reading a novel (not likely, but worth mentioning as an interest). Estelle currently resides in Houston, Texas with her three kids, Clark, 7, Cole, 4, and Samuel, 2, along with two frogs and a dog named Roxie. A former Cosmetologist, she enjoys working from home for the time being. She regularly scopes out online baby stores to keep up with the latest baby gear and styles. Besides running around after her kids and/or pets, she loves creating, art, interior design, and bringing new life to old furniture.

Carolyn lives in Vancouver, BC with her husband and daughters Madeline, 4, and Amelia, 1. A self-confessed gossip addict, her favorite celebrity moms include Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Garner and Gwyneth Paltrow (yes, GOOP and all!). When not working or scrubbing peanut butter and jam off of the kitchen walls, Carolyn can often be found digging up seashells at the beach with her family and haunting her local Starbucks.

Desiree is a proud Canadian mother from Peterborough, Ontario. She lives with her partner, Ryan, their 2-year-old daughter, Gretchen, one very happy Boston Terrier called Winston and two felines with personalities. Desiree completed her degree in Philosophy and Cultural Studies before starting her family and becoming a work at home mom. She is a passionate photographer and has experience with pregnancy, baby and wedding photography. This is where her interest in celebrity life comes into play - the photos, of course! As a self proclaimed blogaholic, she is constantly checking her RSS feeds for inspiration and dedicates some time each day to writing in her own blog.

Marsha Morrison is a freelance writer who lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters. While she has never had Botox, been to rehab or dated Charlie Sheen, she is fascinated with celebrities and all of their bad habits and has even interviewed a few herself including Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Kim Kardashian, Nikki Sixx and Jennifer Love Hewitt. She someday hopes to master the art of referring to herself in the third person.

Lisa Estall is married to an Englishman who says "oregano" funny. Together they have a 4-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. Lisa has always loved anything celebrity related. She went to film school, became an intern for MTV and Fox, and has worked in publicity and promotions for movie, TV and music companies. A decade ago she founded a film festival in Manhattan, which she ran for two years. Nowadays, she currently lives in Grand Forks, ND reading gossip sites and watching too much Bravo TV while running her blogs Mogul Baby and Mrs. Mogul. Will she return to NYC? "Maybe one day in the not so distant future!" says Lisa wistfully.

Shayla is a freelance writer & editor and reluctant resident of Upstate New York where she lives quite harmoniously with her husband and four children – Chris, 13, Nathan, 7, Kyle, 5, and HRH Alyssa, 3 – until the winter, that is. Between school, sports practices, and games, she can be found on her phone or computer, feeding her obsession with all things celebrity by perusing gossip sites until her vision is blurred. Or is it the other way around? Okay…. Between her time spent perusing gossip sites, she can be found shuttling her kids back and forth to practices and games; and she’s only slightly embarrassed to admit it.

Kirstin is proud resident of the good old USA. She moved from Canada to Oahu, HI in 2001 when she met and then married the man of her dreams.  Recently - along with her husband Jason and her curly haired cutie pie Kaya, 4 - the busy mama relocated to Vancouver, WA. Although she holds a Bachelor's degree and is a preschool teacher by trade,  Kirstin fell into the world of celebrity blogging when she was offered a position to work as a writer at celebritybabyscoop.com... and the rest is history! Besides cleaning up after a husband, a preschooler and a crazy beagle named Baxter, Kirstin can be found on the couch, surfing for her next fix of reality TV trash, whatever that may be. 

Françoise is the proud mom of two boys, Andrew 12 and Nico 10, and resides in Minneapolis, Mn together with her husband, John, and Shiba Inu, Nina. Originally from The Netherlands, Françoise enjoys following celebrities from all over the world. When she's not writing product reviews, setting up celebrity interviews or implementing marketing and p.r. strategies for Celebrity Baby Scoop, Françoise loves getting together with girlfriends for a glass (or two) of wine, traveling to her home country (among other European destinations), and power walking. Françoise also runs her own p.r. agency HollywoodConnectionsPR.com and never misses an opportunity to practice her wooden shoe dances (ok, that last one isn't true, just seems like people expect it when you're from Holland).
