What a little cutie! According to Jim actress Courtney Thorne-Smith was spotted out and about with her 1 1/2-year-old son Jacob 'Jake' Emerson Fishman in Santa Monica on Wednesday (July 8). Jake went barefoot and wore a wide-brimmed sun hat, while mom worked up a sweat in the California sun. Dad is Courtney's husband Roger Fishman.

Shortly after the birth of Jake, the 41-year-old Melrose Place alum released the following humorous statement:

I never imagined I'd be so happy to announce that my husband and I are in love with the same man. It's everything everybody says and more.
