Surf's up! David Duchovny, Tea Leoni and their 10-year-old daughter Madelaine spent a sunny Sunday at the beach in Malibu yesterday. The Californication star played in the water with Madelaine as Tea looked on from the shore.

Married since 1997, David and Tea announced their separation last October, shortly after he completed treatment for sex addiction. However, the longtime couple, who are also parents to 7-year-old son Kyd, have been spending a lot of family time together lately. On Saturday they were spotted leaving a dinner date at LA's Nobu restaurant hand-in-hand.
