Madonna, her boytoy Jesus Luz, and three of her children, Lourdes Leon, 12, David Ritchie, 3 1/2, and Mercy James, 4, were spotted paying a visit to the home of Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, in Portofino, Italy on Monday (August 17).

Madonna is currently holidaying with her family in celebration of her birthday. The Material Girl turned 51 years young yesterday. The Papa Don't Preach singer reportedly booked an entire floor of the Splendido Hotel for her stay.

The Queen of Pop made waves on Saturday when her Sticky and Sweet tour concert in Poland coincided with the Feast of the Assumption, an important date in the Catholic religion marking the traditional belief that Mary, the mother of Jesus also known as the Madonna, was taken up into heaven.
