Almost Famous actress Kate Hudson and her 5 1/2-year-old son Ryder were seen going into a restaurant in Brentwood on Thursday (November 19).

Things are heating up in Kate's love life! Yankees slugger, Alex Rodriguez, recently gave Ryder's mama a ring, In Touch reports. Days after he and his teammates became World Series champions, A-Rod thanked Kate for supporting him in the stands with a gorgeous $39,000 white-gold ring set with pink sapphires and diamonds from Louis Vuitton.
