It's been another year of amazing pictures on Celebrity Baby Scoop! Just when you thought it couldn't get any better after seeing Matilda Ledger waiting patiently for mom Michelle Williams in her funky doc martens and unevenly buttoned sweater, baby Seraphina Affleck melted our hearts when she pointed over mom Jennifer Garner's shoulder.
We just about died when we saw sexy papa Cam Gigandet wearing sweet baby Everleigh Rae in the sling! But our fav shot of the entire year was the adorable Kai Schreiber playing with mama Naomi Watts in SoHo. Such a sweet mother-son duo!
