Alyson Hannigan and her hubby Alexis Denisof headed out for a stroll in Brentwood, California with their always adorable daughter Satyana today (February 4). It's hard to believe that she'll be celebrating her first birthday late next month!

Earlier this week we spotted the How I Met Your Mother star and her family out house-hunting in Santa Monica.
