Kate Hudson and her son Ryder were seen leaving an appointment together in Pacific Palisades on Wednesday afternoon (September 8).
The 6-year-old has had a busy week so far. Tuesday was his first day of school and over the weekend he flew into Los Angeles with his mom from London.
Hudson's Muse boyfriend Matt Bellamy stayed on to continue his tour in Europe.
