Name: Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt
Date of Birth: November 29, 2003
Parents: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt
Siblings: Maddox, 12, Zahara, 8, Shiloh, 7, and 5-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne
♥ Pax was adopted in 2007, from the Tam Binh orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
♥ At birth, his name was Pham Quang Sang, which was changed after his adoption
♥ The name Pax Thien translates to “peaceful sky” – “Pax” is the Latin word for peace, while “thien” means “sky” in Vietnamese
♥ In 2008, Angelina revealed that her son’s first name was suggested by her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, before her death in 2007, saying, “My mom wrote a list of names when we were going to have Shiloh. One of the names that she suggested was Pax because it meant peace. [But] he’s anything but at the moment.”
♥ It has been reported that Pax will make his acting debut- alongside his twin siblings and sister Zahara – in his mother’s new movie Maleficent
♥ He enjoys cooking
♥ Pax’s big brother Maddox had a small cameo appearance in his famous father’s zombie flick World War Z
“He is extremely wild, but he has a very, very good heart. You know, like those punk rockers – when you really get to know them and they are just pussycats. But at the same time, he is going to get in some kind of trouble.” – mama Angelina on her son.
“Pax is almost three and a half and has never made a real decision for himself because everybody does everything in a group in the orphanage. There were all these things he’d never had. The first time I gave him a bath, he was suddenly laughing, out of his mind. He took five baths in one day. We’d be talking and he’d take his clothes off and run into the bathroom. The first two days, he cried a lot. I hired a translator, and he would explain what was going on. The first night, I slept alone with him. I was expecting him to wake up and scream, but he woke and just stared at me. I handed him a stuffed animal, and we walked around the room pointing at things. By day three, he didn’t want me to put him down. I think he got used to the reality that somebody loves you and that’s what a mommy is.” – Angelina, in 2007, on the adoption of her son.
“Home is wherever my family is. It’s crazy, but I like the chaos. With a big family you try to have some toy-free and quiet zones, but you always have someone fighting, and someone else banging into a wall and someone calling for Dad. Angie’s just amazing. I’ll lie down on the sofa when I’m tired but she just keeps going, and then I’m like, ‘Why am I taking it easy?’ and I’ll get up and play with the boys and put them to bed.” – Brad on his family life.

Kelly Clarkson performed at the 2013 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting at Rockefeller Center Plaza in New York City on Tuesday (November 26). The singer – who announced her pregnancy last week – performed in a short red coat.
Speaking to Savannah Guthrie of the TODAY show – she mentioned her morning sickness. Clarkson confessed, “I don’t know why they call it morning sickness. That’s my big joke right now because it’s all day and all night. I am super-excited about being pregnant, though. I’m just looking forward to the second trimester . . . they say it’s better.”
