The Baios Cover Baby Couture

The Baios Cover Baby Couture

Scott Baio, his lovely wife Renee, her 19-year-old daughter Kalyn and the couple’s 20-month-old daughter Bailey were featured in the special anniversary issue of Baby Couture magazine. The Baio family – who have opened up exclusively to Celebrity Baby Scoop about their efforts to raise funds and awareness for the metabolic disorder known as G-A 1 and other OA’s – modeled some stylish duds and opened up about some of the greatest lessons they’ve learned.

On what daddy duties Scott especially enjoys: “I do many things, I enjoy changing the diaper. I enjoy feeding her. I try to do everything, but I don’t do them as well as my wife. I can change a diaper pretty well. I don’t really care about that, or the crappy diapers either. I thought I’d be gagging and puking all over the place, but it doesn’t faze me at all. I love playing with her. My thing with her is we’ll sit down and read. Plus, she’s a giant Tom Jones fan. We hang around my office, and I have a picture of Tom Jones on my computer from the album cover. She’ll start to scream and I’m like, oh my God, she had her first crush on Tom Jones.”

Candace Cameron: “I Love Being A Young Mom”

Candace Cameron: "I Love Being A Young Mom"

Candace Cameron has a “full house” of her own these days! The 33-year-old actress and her hockey player husband Valeri Bure are parents to kids Natasha, almost 11, Lev, 9, and Maksim, 7. Along with her hectic home life, Candace is back to work, starring in the ABC Family show, Make It Or Break It. The busy mom recently took time out to chat to Cookie magazine about a few of her favorite “mom moments.”

On her favorite family ritual: “I have a few—reading books together (I always find some reason to use a British accent), making up bedtime stories, and being beach bums in the summertime.”

On her most frazzled mom moment: “Boarding an airplane on my own when I was 6 months pregnant, trying to keep track of my 1 1/2-year-old and my 3-year-old, and carrying car seats, luggage, and pushing a stroller. No one offered to help, and the airline was no use. I was crying by the time I sat in my seat.”

On being a young mom: “Even though I was married at 20 years old and had my first baby at 22, I feel like I lived a whole lot of life before that. Both my husband and I were ready to have a family right away. I love being a young mom and taking my kids everywhere with me. I’m blessed to say my kids have traveled all over the world, and we’ve never brought someone along to help with them. It puts my obsession with etiquette books to good use! I also get to see the world through young eyes and do things I might not otherwise because of it.”

Josh Holloway: My Heart Explodes For Java

Josh Holloway: My Heart Explodes For Java

Josh Holloway plays super sexy bad boy Sawyer in the ABC hit Lost, but in real life he’s just a big softy to 3 1/2-month-old daughter Java.

“Every morning when I first get to see that little mean smile, I’m like, ‘Oh my God!’ It makes my heart explode.”

Josh went on to describe the joys of fatherhood to OK! at Comic-Con while promoting his popular TV show. “It’s so rich and so difficult [laughs]. And I don’t really care how everything else goes now as long as I’m a good father.”

The 40-year-old heartthrob went on to say that he and wife of almost five years, Yessica Kumala, are enjoying parenthood. “It’s a journey as everyone knows. But we are solid.”

Josh and his girls will return to Hawaii in August to shoot the last and final season of Lost which will air in early 2010.

Mary-Louise Parker: I Always Dreamed Of Adopting

Mary-Louise Parker: I Always Dreamed Of Adopting

Ever since she was a little girl, Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker dreamed of adopting a child. The Emmy-nominated actress recently discussed her family of three with PEOPLE at a benefit for Worldwide Orphans Foundation. The 44-year-old single mother of 5-year-old William Atticus, her son with former boyfriend Billy Crudup, made her childhood dream a reality when she went to Africa with Worldwide Orphans and made Caroline Aberash, whom she calls Ash, part of her family.

On always wanting to adopt: “I would daydream about it all the time. I thought about the fact that there were children who didn’t have anything, and I felt like I could help. It was something that weighed on me.”

On adopting her daughter Ash from Africa: “It was something I did for the world and for my son and then for me. And when I say the world, I also mean my daughter. Once I knew her, she became part of that. But it’s hard raising two kids as a single person. It’s a lot of pressure.”

On wanting a full-time partner to share the pressures of parenthood: “Sometimes, sure,” says Parker, who has been single since her relationship with actor Jeffery Dean Morgan ended earlier this year. “I wish I could give them everything that was a perfect little family paradigm, but I can’t. Honestly, I feel like that doesn’t even exist, or at least I try to tell myself that when I am feeling bad about not providing it.”
