Marcia Gay Harden Celebrates Eulala’s Graduation

Marcia Gay Harden Celebrates Eulala's Graduation

Marcia Gay Harden and an unidentified woman were seen attending Marcia’s 11 1/2-year-old daughter Eulala Grace’s graduation in New York City on Wednesday. Marcia is also mom to 5-year-old twins Julitta Dee and Hudson Harden with husband Thaddaeus Scheel.

During a recent appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly, Marcia and Kelly Ripa revealed that their children attend the same school. Marcia recalled a funny story regarding a recent bake sale at the school: “I do my very, very best … but [Kelly] is very involved. I got out of my car, and I had my pan of muffins in my hands, and I walk by Kelly and she had her muffins in her hands. I said, ‘My assistant baked mine; How about you?’ And [Kelly] said with a smile, ‘I baked mine myself.’”

Kate Winslet Avoids The “Perfect Life”

Kate Winslet Avoids The "Perfect Life"

Oscar-winner Kate Winslet’s life is not quite as glamorous as you might expect. The Finding Neverland star says that she purposely avoids luxuries like nannies and personal chefs because she doesn’t want her kids Mia, 8, and Joe, 5, to get used to a “movie star existence.”

“I don’t have the perfect life. There are things I could implement within my life that would probably make it easier. But I deliberately don’t do it because if I did, I would be living that movie star existence that I really try and resist,” Kate, 33, says. “I mean, it’s very tempting to have a nanny and live in a gated community and have a chef – I’d love to have a few dinners cooked for me. But I don’t want that for my children. When they’re older, if people say to them, ‘Did you have a chef?’ I want them to be shocked by the question.”

Kate’s husband is Revolutionary Road director Sam Mendes.

If you could afford it, would you hire a chef and nanny for your family?

Denise Richards & Her Graduating Girls

Denise Richards & Her Graduating Girls

Denise Richards was seen attending graduation ceremonies for her two daughters, Sam, 5, and Lola, 4, at an elementary school in Pacific Palisades, CA on Wednesday. Denise’s father, Irv Richards, was also on hand but there was no sign of the girls’ father, Charlie Sheen.

Charlie and his wife Brooke Mueller are new parents to 2 1/2-month-old twin boys, Max and Bob.

Denise recently stated that she and Charlie have found a way to get along for the sake of their daughters: “We’ve worked very hard to get it to this place, and I’m so grateful for it. I think it’s important for, you know… It’s a lot less stress, it’s a lot less money, that we get along.”

Kelly & Mark’s Little Graduate

Kelly & Mark's Little Graduate

What a good looking bunch! Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were seen attending their 12-year-old son Michael’s 6th grade graduation on Wednesday. Michael is the spitting image of his handsome papa! Kelly and Mark’s other adorable children, Lola, who turns 8 next Tuesday (June 16) and Joaquin, 6, were also in attendance.

Earlier that same morning, Kelly and Mark made an appearance on Good Morning America to promote their new show. The former All My Children co-stars have teamed up with The Learning Channel to co-produce an un-scripted reality TV show which premieres this Friday (June 12).

When asked if Mark is considering an appearance on Dancing With the Stars, Mark says he would “rather jump through a plate glass window on fire than dance in front of America.”
