Mom-of-two Jennifer Meyer was flying solo in LA yesterday.
This is the first we’ve seen of Jennifer since she and her husband Tobey Maguire welcomed their second baby, a boy, on May 8. She looks great!
Last weekend Tobey and big sister Ruby Sweetheart, 2 1/2, were spotted enjoying some daddy-daughter time together.

ETOnline.com reports that Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberly have finally reached a settlement with Cedars Sinai Medial Center, the hospital where, in 2007, their twins were given an accidental overdose of heparin, a blood thinning drug.
The Quaids will receive $500,000 in their settlement with the hospital, which is to be split equally between twins Zoe Grace and Thomas Boone.
Cedars Sinai is also offering free medical care to Zoe and Thomas for any related health problems that may arise due to the heparin overdose.
The twins, who were carried by a surrogate mother, were born November 18, 2007.
Gisele Bündchen is expecting and “ecstatic” PEOPLE reports. The Brazilian supermodel is expecting her first child early next year. Gisele is pictured above on Saturday (June 13) sporting a mini baby bump.
Rumors have been swirling for weeks that 28-year-old Bündchen and 31-year-old New England Patriots quarterback husband Tom Brady are expecting their first child together. The couple were married twice this Spring – first in a ceremony in Los Angeles in February, then exchanging vows before friends in early April at Bündchen’s Costa Rica home.
This will be the first biological child for Gisele. The Brazilian beauty caused quite the controversy earlier this year when she referred to Tom’s son Jack, who turns 2 in August, as her own son. “I understand that he has a mom [Bridget Moynahan], and I respect that, but to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child. I feel it is, 100 percent. I want him to have a great relationship with his mom, because that’s important, but I love him the same way as if he were mine. I already feel like he’s my son, from the first day.”
Congratulations to the Bündchen-Brady family!

Watch what you say about Ben Affleck! Director Kevin Smith says that Ben’s protective wife Jennifer Garner threatened to “kick his a**” after he poked fun at the State of Play star.
Kevin, who worked with Jen on the 2006 flick, Catch & Release, told a crowd at Carnegie Hall this week how the mom-of-two came to her husband’s defense.
“Jennifer does not share the same sense of humor as me – she did not like my jokes. I was picking on Ben Affleck and making fun of him because I’ve known him for a really long time – I was talking smack – and Jennifer goes, ‘You know, if you keep saying stuff about him, I’m going to kick your a**.’ And she could – I’ve seen Alias. She has a real girly sense of humor and didn’t understand that I was kidding.”
Kevin insists he’s actually a saint compared to Ben when it comes to telling jokes. Describing the actor as “one of the most intelligent people on the planet” he goes on to say, “I remember talking to Ben and being like, ‘I know your lady is not finding me amusing. Ben, I’ve known you for years, and you are far sicker than I am!’ His jokes are way dirtier than mine. He’s made jokes to me, and I’ve been like, ‘Ben, you need to go to church.’”
Jen and Ben, who are parents to daughters Violet, 3, and Seraphina, 5 months, will be celebrating their 4th wedding anniversary later this month.

With Father’s Day just around the corner, President Barack Obama took some time to reflect on his years as a father to his two daughters Malia, 11, and Sasha, 8. The 44th US president, who was raised by a single mother, recently penned a letter to his daughters. The following is an excerpt:
It is rarely easy. There are plenty of days of struggle and heartache when, despite our best efforts, we fail to live up to our responsibilities. I know I have been an imperfect father. I know I have made mistakes. I have lost count of all the times, over the years, when the demands of work have taken me from the duties of fatherhood. There were many days out on the campaign trail when I felt like my family was a million miles away, and I knew I was missing moments of my daughters’ lives that I’d never get back. It is a loss I will never fully accept.
Obama also reflects on his ideals as a father: “I think back to the day I drove Michelle and a newborn Malia home from the hospital nearly 11 years ago… I think about the pledge I made to her that day: that I would give her what I never had—that if I could be anything in life, I would be a good father.”
The president’s letter will run this Sunday in Parade Magazine.
