Mom-to-be Tifanni Thiessen chose a very modern way to share the baby news with her husband Brady Smith: Skype!
Tiffani was in New York filming her new show White Collar while Brady was back home in LA when she discovered she was pregnant.
“Skype has saved our lives. It was nice to be able to see his reaction,” she says. “He almost fell off his chair.”
The former Saved by the Bell star, who is due in May, happily reports that life is good these days for her and her hubby of 4 years.
“All the dominoes were lined up and are running down smoothly. I have the greatest job, the greatest husband and we’re having a child. I couldn’t feel more blessed.”
The McNabb family had plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!
Philadelphia Eagle Donovan McNabb and wife Roxie welcomed their fourth child – a baby boy named Devin James – on November 20th! Though no other details have been released, the proud father took to his website on his own birthday (November 25) to share the happy news:
Today was my 33rd birthday and I’m so grateful for the many blessings I have received! First of all, I have four great kids. That’s right, I said four. My beautiful 5-year-old Alexis; my twins Sariah and Donovan who turn one next week; and Devin James who was born last Friday night.
The couple, who were college sweethearts at Syracuse and married in 2003, announced the pregnancy in October.
Congratulations to the McNabbs!
It looks like Nicole Richie is heading back to the small screen after all!
The 28-year-old actress announced the big news on her website:
I am so excited to announce that I am officially working on a television project! I am creating a half hour scripted comedy for ABC in which I will be starring in, as well as producing.
The series revolves around a young, modern and professional woman who must balance her business and family relationships. She must deal with, and navigate the many ideas of what a woman’s role is: modern vs. traditional.
Lately, I have been surrounded by many different women of all ages and walks of life. It amazes me to watch and observe how many different ideas there are about what a woman’s role should be in this era. I’ve taken these fascinating ideas, and compiled them into something that I think will be very special (and funny!). We’re still in the very early stages and I can’t wait to share more with you soon!
Earlier this week rumors had spread that she and husband Joel Madden were in discussions to star in a home-based, interview style reality show. The couple quickly dispelled the false reports when Joel tweeted: “We aren’t doing a reality show. We keep work and family seperate.”
After departing from LAX, Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale and their two adorable sons – Kingston, 3 1/2, and Zuma, 15 months – were spotted arriving at Heathrow Airport on Monday (November 30).
The paparazzi didn’t miss a beat! After leaving Heathrow, the Stefani-Rossdales were seen arriving at their London home in Primrose Hill.
The family arrived in Europe to gear up for the festive season. Gavin recently revealed that they plan to celebrate the Christmas holidays in London town:

We alternate each year. Last year we stayed in the Los Angeles area, but now we’re excited about having an old-fashioned, European holiday.”
Big sister Lourdes, 13, led the way as Madonna’s kids made their way through LAX airport this afternoon (November 30). The group, including younger siblings Rocco, 9, David, 4, and Mercy, 3, and a nanny, were held up when Lourdes was selected for screening at airport security.
Last month the Material Girl and her kids took a trip to Malawi, where they visited David’s former orphanage:

David is too young to understand,” said the center’s director, “but for us who remember the sickly tiny little baby of 2006, it was hard to hold back tears, including Madonna.”
The adorable 3-year-old has been spotted sporting heels in New York and Boston lately, prompting some to question if such shoes are appropriate for a preschooler. But the former Dawson’s Creek star insists there’s nothing wrong with Suri’s contentious footwear.
“She, like every little girl – she loves my high heels,” Katie told Access Hollywood at last night’s Dizzy Feet Foundation event.
Adding that the shoes provide good support, Katie explained, “They are actually ballroom dancing shoes for kids. I found them for her and she loves them.”
What do you think of Suri’s fancy footwear?
