Gloria Estefan reveals that she gave her friend Madonna a couple of tips on getting pregnant!
‘Madonna was over to dinner and all we talked about was babies,’ she says. ‘My baby, the problems I’d had conceiving after breaking my back, the baby she wanted at 37. So I gave her 2 tips. One, have a pain-killing epidural injection. Two, if you want to help nature, get your legs in the air!’
Both women went on to have more kids – Gloria had given birth to a son, Nayib, before her accident, and she had a daughter, Emily, now 14, four years after she broke her back. Madonna had not one but two biological children: Lourdes, who turns 12 on October 14, and Rocco, 8, and adopt another, David, 3.

The November issue of Elle has Nicole Kidman on the cover, and the new mom, whose daughter Sunday Rose is three months old, opened up to the magazine.
On becoming a mother later in life: “At 41, it’s a more painful love. I look at that little girl, and I’m, like, Oh, no, what’s going to happen? It’s almost like my heart is stretching; I’m feeling all these muscles stretch with emotion. It’s a beautiful love but there’s a lot of fear and pain for her life, and for Bella’s and Connor’s life. I like to believe that nothing was stopping Sunday from coming into the world.”

“Tammy, she’s the greatest mom in the world, and my children are the most awesome children ever,” she gushes. “That’s probably the best, [thing about being married] you know they’re there no matter what and you can go through things like cancer and she’s right there with me.”
Melissa just celebrated her fifth wedding anniversary to Tammy Lynn Michaels.

Entourage’s Constance Zimmer recently sat down with OK! to discuss how she lost weight since giving birth to her daughter Colette Zoe last January,
“I did a food program that’s called Fresh Mommy, which is all delivered organic food that’s really good for you. You need to eat so much food after you have a baby to breastfeed, so it’s all about portion control.” Constance also followed an exercise regime in order to shed the pounds, “I walked a lot. I wore a weight vest when I walked, so it was an added four pounds of weight every time I walked. It’s been eight months. This industry doesn’t give you any time to take off the baby weight. It kind of has to happen right away.”
Besides working hard to regain her pre-baby body, Constance said being a new mother was a big change,
“She’s pretty fantastic so I feel really lucky that she’s such a good baby. It just changes your whole perspective on the world. We all need that. It makes you think about things like the fact that, ‘oh I need to make sure I have all of my immunities and booster shots.’ Now you are responsible for somebody else and I need to be here on this Earth for as long as I possibly can to help her.”
