Dylan McDermott and his youngest daughter, 4-year-old Charlotte, were spotted out and about in Santa Monica yesterday afternoon (February 12). Little Charlotte enjoyed a ride in her daddy’s arms while she played with a pink finger puppet.
Recently, Dylan gushed about his life as a father:
When I get to be with my girls, that’s the best time of my life.
The proud dad does not, however, want his girls to follow in his footsteps, career wise. When asked if he’d like to see his daughters become actresses, he replied: “Oh, God, I hope not. Please.”
The 48-year-old The Practice star is also dad to 13-year-old Collette with ex-wife, actress Shiva Rose.View Slideshow »»
Let the games begin! Basketball star Steve Nash and his gorgeous 5-year-old daughter Isabella were spotting arriving at Vancouver International Airport for the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games on Friday (February 12). Steve’s wife, Alejandra Amarilla, and Bella’s twin sister Lola were not spotted with the father-daughter duo.
The Victoria, B.C. native was one of the five people who carried the Olympic torch through BC Place during the Opening Ceremony of the Vancouver Games last night. Nash, one of Canada’s best known athletes, carried the torch and passed it off to hockey legend Wayne Gretzky (who else?!) who then lit the cauldron in downtown Vancouver.
Nash, 36, took to Twitter after his appearance in last night’s ceremony.
Can’t believe I lit the Olympic flame! The most moving experience of my life. I’ve got the Olympic spirit tonite.”

“This Valentine’s Day is a special one,” the Live with Regis & Kelly host tells Rachel Ray. “We are doing what we have never done before as a couple y’all! We are going out to dinner with all three of my children [Michael, 12, Lola, 8, and Joaquin, 7 this month] and my parents! We always go out to dinner with our kids on Valentine’s Day, because they are our Valentines. They are the clearest expression of Valentine’s Day’s gone by.”
How sweet! But it sounds as though her hubby has some work to do if he wants to get back into Kelly’s good books by Valentine’s Day. When Mark last stopped by The Rachel Ray Show he said that he was the “compromiser” in their relationship – a claim Kelly denies!
“That man is a dirty liar! That man is a liar! I am surprised he didn’t get struck by lightning. That was a total tale! That was a lie. That is a dirty lie and he will hear it. I heard him and almost died, I almost dropped dead.”
