A-list parents may often complain about how difficult it is to give their kids a somewhat normal childhood in Hollywood, but David Beckham thinks that his boys Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, 7, and Cruz, 4, enjoy far more freedom and anonymity in LA than they ever did in England.
Saying that he hopes to raise his sons in LA, the footballer explains, “LA is amazing for what Victoria and I want, for our children to have the most normal upbringing. The other kids know who they are, but it’s not like in other schools, where kids are taking pictures and asking for autographs.”
David and his wife Victoria Beckham moved their family to the US after he signed on to play for the LA Galaxy in 2007. Though he’ll be returning overseas in the new year temporarily to play in Italy, Posh and the boys reportedly plan to stay in LA.
“[Victoria] has no plans to move,” a source reveals. “All three boys are now at the same school and very happy and settled so it would be too much upheaval for just a few months.”

“He cracks himself up all the time. Like, he’ll do something, and then he’ll start laughing. It’s cute. It’s very entertaining. He’s like, ‘I am so funny!’ And he probably gets that from me because I make jokes that are not funny, and I’m the only one laughing.” – Ashlee, on her little comedian.
In the upcoming issue of Parade magazine (set to hit newsstands November 22) British actor Hugh Grant, 49, seems to have babies on the mind. In his interview with best-selling author Jane Green he embraces the prospect of fatherhood and discusses his own possible parenting ideals.
On how his thoughts about becoming a father have changed over the years: “Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have thought about having children at all. But now I have so many nephews and nieces and cousins and godchildren, I like the thought. But that’s on the basis that I can leave after 10 minutes. I don’t know what it would be like 24 hours a day. I think I’d have a lot of nannies.”
On whether he thinks he will have children of his own: “Yes, yes, yes. I haven’t given up hope.”
