Singer Pink, who split with her husband of two years, Carey Hart, in February, spoke to Star magazine about having kids one day – but she doesn’t want biological ones, preferring instead to adopt.
“I don’t know if I need to have my own children. I rescue dogs so I would probably rescue kids. I feel like with global warming and all, why produce more. Foster parent. Adoption.”
Pink still remains close with her ex, helping him through the death of Carey’s brother, Anthony, in a motorcycle accident.

When Brad Pitt walked the red carpet at the Toronto Film Festival for his newest movie, Burn After Reading, lots of screaming fans greeted him – and so did some reporters, who were all eager to ask about Brad’s new twins, Knox and Vivienne, now almost two months old.
“All good; everyone’s healthy, and everyone’s great. Sleep is something we long for, but that’s alright, we’ll get it [soon].”
After answering questions, Brad signed autographs for the waiting fans – and even drew a mustache on a picture of friend and co-star George Clooney, who didn’t attend the event. Burn After Reading hits theaters September 12.
Laura Allen, 34, of TV show Dirt, and husband, model Bruce Weyman, welcomed Harper Edward Weyman on Wednesday night in Los Angeles, weighing 9 lbs., 5 oz.
A rep for the actress told People,
“Mother, father and baby are doing well.”
Harper is the first child for the couple.
“Both parents are delighted that their son has finally arrived and look forward to introducing him to family and friends in the coming days.”

“I did wonder if I’d be affected by post-natal depression,” she admits. “No one’s immune, but I hoped I’d be OK… luckily I am.”
Welcoming her new daughter,
“I want to be the best mum in the world. She’s the centre of my life now. It was a long labour but she arrived safe and well and that’s the main thing. She was worth it! I’d go through every second again.”
Putting on baby weight,
“I put on weight,” she laughs. “I had a big bump!”
“When people said I was blooming and blossoming, I took it as a compliment. I loved being pregnant and I didn’t mind my body changing. As I got bigger I really celebrated it because it meant the baby was growing and was healthy.
“It was a good sign. I was never tempted to do a Demi Moore-type photo shoot though. That wasn’t for me.”
Going from a couple to a family,
“It felt the right time to start a family. We’d had fabulous holidays and enjoyed being Mr and Mrs and were ready to be parents. She was such a wanted baby.”
Alison Sweeney, 31, host of The Biggest Loser, and husband Dave Sanov are expecting their second child, a daughter, in January, and when it comes to baby names, they intend to steer clear of trendy Hollywood names.
Alison told Star Magazine,
“I’m definitely conservative when it comes to baby names. We’re looking for pretty but traditional. There are lots of names up in the air, but we’re not anywhere near picking one.”
Alison also says of her pregnancy cravings,
“Pregnancy cravings for me are when someone says mentions a certain food and I’ll have to have it immediately,” she admits. “Last weekend I was at the Farmer’s Market and a woman next to me ordered four pounds of tomatoes to make homemade gazpacho. I was like: Great, now I have to make gazpacho! So I busted out my BlackBerry, found an online recipe, picked up all the ingredients at the Farmer’s Market, went home and, if I may say, made delicious gazpacho. Those are the kinda cravings I’ve been having.”
Alison and Dave are also parents to Benjamin, 3.
