Alice in Wonderland has yet to hit theaters, but the film is already earning rave reviews from the cast’s kids.
Helena Bonham Carter, who is married to the movie’s director Tim Burton and plays the Red Queen, says her 2-year-old daughter Nell is a fan.
“Our 2-year-old is up for anything,” she says, adding that when the pair were watching Tim give an interview on TV recently, “[Nell] wasn’t really interested in seeing daddy. She wanted to see the monsters again.”
As for the couple’s 6-year-old son Billy, the Fight Club star reveals, “Billy’s going to see it tonight. It could be a disaster because he’s 6 and he’s sensitive. [But] he saw it being made so he knows it’s pretend.”
Helena’s co-star Johnny Depp‘s kids Lily-Rose, 10, and Jack, 7, also got a sneak preview of the much-hyped flick.
“My kids actually saw the film because I send them out there in the frontlines,” the 46-year-old actor says. “They saw it – and they loved it. They absolutely adored it. They loved every character. They weren’t freaked out by it whatsoever.”

Motherhood has inspired actress Alyson Hannigan to find new ways to be eco-friendly.
The How I Met Your Mother star, whose very adorable daughter Satyana will be celebrating her first birthday next month, tells Mother Nature Network that she is a “very green” mama.
“We use gDiapers, a hybrid – it’s cloth on the outside and there’s a liner that you can compost, but if you don’t, it biodegrades in three months, not years,” Alyson explains. “We go to the farmers market all the time. We’re putting in an organic garden to grow things I can’t get at the farmers market. Besides produce such as strawberries and blueberries that I just want to have, we’ll do unusual lettuces and a particular kind of cucumber and a lot of different herbs.”
We’ve spotted little Satyana sporting her gDiapers while out and about with mom and dad over the past year.
Country crooner Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline are expecting their second child in August, People reports.
“We’re excited to have another little member of the family coming in,” Bryan states.
The 33-year-old country star says having son Bo, who turns 2 in March, has taught them so much. “When you successfully brought one in the world, you are a little more confident in your ability to do it the second time. We’re a little more relaxed – you know everything that can come at you.”
Kate Beckinsale and her 11-year-old daughter Lily Mo were seen shopping at the grand opening of the Gap’s new 1969 Jeans Shop on Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (February 24). Last weekend, we saw the close-knit pair holding hands as they strolled in Santa Monica.
The mother-daughter duo weren’t the only ones shopping in the new store. They were joined by actress Debra Messing, Jennifer Carpenter of Dexter, Selma Blair and fellow celeb parents Rebbeca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell.
Rumorville says that Kate may be reprising her role in a fourth Underworld film. To date, the films – written and directed by Kate’s hubby Len Wiseman – have earned $300 million worldwide.View Slideshow »»
