Our friends over at truuconfessions.com, an online community for moms to go and confess their deepest secrets shared a few of their top confessions of the week:
Best Advice EVER!
Here’s a way to get your kids to eat, moms: sit down with a huge plate of food making sure that no one else around has a plate. Start eating and watch them come out like roaches. It never fails in my house. They never want to eat what I put on their plates, but they’ll eat all of mine!
Mom Monsters Inc.
My kids aren’t worried about monsters under their beds. But I check under the beds every night after they are asleep, just to make sure.
Honey, You’re a Boob!
Dear husband, yes I know I’m sick and I would love to be in bed, and I do appreciate that you care, but before you mindlessly nag me about it, remember that our child’s ability to eat while I’m at work tomorrow depends on whether I can pump another four ounces tonight, and since she just ate an hour ago and I’ve shot my bodys entire moisture content out of my ass today, I need time to replenish first. When your boobies can magically spout milk on command, you can tell me what to do. Otherwise, cram it.

“My wife wants to do the fake tree because it’s easy but I am so anti fake tree,” Peter told PEOPLE at the Everybody’s Fine New York premiere. “In one room we do a nice fake tree, and in the other room I get to have my tree with all the pine needles falling all over the place.”
The 36-year-old Twilight star says that he loves the adventure of picking out a real Christmas tree with his three daughters, Luca, 12, Lola, 7, and Fiona, 3.
What’s fun is that I get to go and pick out the tee with the kids, and then it becomes an experience. Sometimes I’ll hide behind the tree. I used to pretend I was the talking three. The kids loved it. I would be like, ‘Hey, pick me – I am the best Christmas tree!’
He goes on to say that Christmas would be impossible without the help of his wife: “I have no time to go Christmas shopping this year. She called me today and said, ‘So, I go the Christmas shopping done for so and so and so.’ I’m like, ‘You’re a godsend.’”
So what’s on Peter’s wish list this year?
“I’m so blessed I couldn’t possibly imagine asking for anything else.”
Actress, activist, spokesperson, author and mom Jenny McCarthy will soon be going by a new title: Grandma!
The Belly Laughs star talks to Access Hollywood about her longtime boyfriend Jim Carrey’s daughter Jane’s pregnancy, saying, “[Jim] just said to me, ‘If I’m a grandpa, that makes you a grandma….’ I’m soon to be a grandma! So that’s interesting. 37 [years old], I get to be called ‘Grandma.’”
Jenny, who is mom to 7-year-old son Evan, says she’ll happily take on the new title: “I’m going to try to keep in shape and youthful, so ‘Grandma’ sounds pretty good.”
She also revealed how close she’s become to Jane, 21: “I’d consider her my daughter. I love her to pieces.”
Jane and her husband Alex Santana are expecting a baby boy in March.

CBS: You are set to star as Catherine Prescott in the indie soap, Gotham, in which you wrote and created. Have you always wanted to create your own soap? Tell us all about Gotham. Where and when will it air?
MB: “Gotham is the creation of years of soap opera experience coming together on a project of love for the genre. My co-creator Alexandra Verner Roalsvig worked in production at As the World Turns and, like myself, was a huge soap fan. We had many discussions about daytime television and what our favorite story lines were over the years and we kept coming back to the classics; boy meets girl, boy loses girl, girl falls for the wrong guy, etc. We decided to write an hour pilot for Gotham and pitch it to some major production companies.
