Jerry O’Connell Didn’t Watch His Twins Being Born

Jerry O’Connell Didn't Watch His Twins Being Born

Jerry O’Connell, proud father to 7-month-old twin girls Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip, admits to Fox News that he didn’t watch as his wife Rebecca Romijn gave birth.

“I was there for the birth,” says the Stand By Me star. “But I did not look though. A friend of mine said ‘listen, I’ve looked so I’m giving you a piece of advice – I don’t think you should look’ so I didn’t actually see anything.”

When asked if his wife was back to her perfect pre-pregnancy body Jerry hesitated a little: “Yes… yes I guess she is. She looks great, back into the pilates,” he says. “She’s stopped breastfeeding so it slows down a little, I don’t know the particulars. But we had a very large lunch today and we had dessert so I don’t think she’s dieting per se.”

Rebecca has recently returned to work filming ABC’s new series Eastwick, while Jerry has enrolled in law school.

“I got the short straw for not working so I’m going to grad school part-time. I can do my homework and watch the kids at the same time,” says the 35-year-old actor. “But Rebecca misses the girls a lot when she’s at work so I bring them around and let them bother her on the set.”

Jerry and Rebecca recently celebrated their 2 year wedding anniversary on July 14.

Jennie Garth & Girls Celebrate School Year’s Eve

Jennie Garth & Girls Celebrate School Year's Eve

Actress Jennie Garth and her daughters Luca Bella, 12, Lola Ray, 6, and Fiona Eve, 2 1/2, celebrated Cookie magazine’s School Year’s Eve celebration at Disneyland yesterday.

School Year’s Eve is a new holiday developed by Cookie magazine and PTA to “help get families ready and excited about the new school year.” Families and communities across the country are being encouraged to organize their own parties and events in honor of the day.

Busy mom Jennie will have all three girls in school this year as Fiona is set to start pre-school. She recently admitted she’ll likely have a few “separation issues” when it comes time to drop off her youngest.

“I’m the mom that stays in the back of the class, hiding,” she confessed to OK!. “I want to stay with them as long as I can. She’s going to school where my other two daughters went to school, and they let me stay as long as I need to. It’s not even about Fiona … it’s about my separation issues.”
