Joe Simpson says his while daughter Ashlee may only be 24, finding out she was pregnant turned her into a full-fledged grown up!
“The day she found out she was pregnant, she became a woman,” Joe Simpson tells PEOPLE. “She’s concerned about what she eats and how she prepares for the child and [details like], is the baby’s room ‘green’ enough?” he explains. “It’s a transformation you never expect as a parent – you pray for it, but never expect it. She’s ready for this baby!”
And dad-to-be Pete Wentz is ready, too,
“Pete is the king of details, so he wants to make sure the baby’s room is just right – the right colors, the right sheets, the right look,” Simpson gushes. “He’s a great parent.”
Click below to read about who else is ready for the baby’s birth, who isn’t, and what the baby’s name isn’t!
Even Ashlee’s big sister Jessica is eager for the baby to come – so eager he’s having a hard time keeping her on tour!
“I’m trying to keep her out there until the baby’s born,” he adds. “I have a couple of other dates I need her to play!”
In fact, the only one not ready is Joe himself, who at 50, is “too young to be a grandpa! But I am excited.” And the only thing Joe can reveal about the baby’s name?
“I can tell you it’s not Joe. I wished, I tried, but it didn’t work.”

“They’ll follow me around as I raise Dannielynn on my own,” Larry says. “And they’ll follow me while I look for love and go on dates. I’m a dad who’s single and who’s struggling to put the pieces together for his daughter.”
The show will also follow Larry’s ongoing custody battle with Dannielynn’s grandmother, Vergie Arthur.
“Virgie won’t be at Thanksgiving dinner,” Larry jokes.
Larry also plans to include people from Dannielynn’s late mother Anna Nicole Smith’s life as well, including her old assistant, Kim, and Anna’s friend Bobby Trendy.
“My family will be a big part of it, too. It’ll be a bit of a roller coaster of emotions. That’s what my life is all about!”

Thanks to her divorce from Guy Ritchie, Madonna is now ineligible to adopt a second child from the African country of Malawi. Malawian official Penston Kilembe says the split means the adoption cannot be approved.
‘One fundamental condition in scrutinizing adoptions is the connectedness of a family,’ he says. ‘We can’t approve a child to go into a broken family because the divorce could be the result of the behavior of the party trying to adopt. Madonna should forget this one.’
Madonna and Guy adopted their 3-year-old son David from Malawi last year – and thus, his future is now in the hands of his adopted country.
‘His future will be decided by the British courts, who determine issues of custody,’ he tells Grazia. ‘He is no longer our responsibility.’
Not too long ago, Madonna denied that she was looking to adopt 3-year-old Mercy Jones – even though the little girl’s family confirmed that the orphanage she was living in had been asking them to approve an out-of-country adoption and they were refusing.
Madonna has two other children, 12-year-old Lourdes and 8-year-old Rocco. Madonna and Guy announced their split two weeks ago.
