Jools Oliver, 33, wife of famous TV chef Jamie Oliver, has always been open about her fertility struggle, due to PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,) and recently sat down with Grazia magazine to reveal more details about conceiving their third child.
Jools admits to following Jamie around the country to make baby number three,
“I was getting trains and I was knackered and thinking: ‘All this just to do the do.”
The mom to two daughters already, Poppy, 6, and Daisy, 5, admits that the fertility drug that she used to help conceive, Clomid, caused side effects and made caring for her children more challenging,
“‘This time I have to take 100mg [Clomid] and it’s such a powerful drug that I felt pretty rough. I was dreading every month. I knew I could only take it for three before I’d need to move on to IVF. I got dizziness and funny vision and moody and spots, everything you don’t want as a woman, really. And it wasn’t great having children [to look after] when you’re that hormonal.”
Click “Continue Reading” to find out about Jools’ positive pregnancy test, and if she would like a boy or girl!
Jools opens up about the frustrations of a negative pregnancy test, and feeling like a first time mom again,
“The line was so faint that I convinced myself it couldn’t it wasn’t true… I still didn’t believe it so I kept drinking water and doing more tests. It got to 4am and I’d got four positive results, so I thought, it must be fine! I still got up in the morning and said to him [Jamie], ‘I haven’t slept, I can’t believe I’ve got something inside of me!’ That feeling of another life happening…it feels more weird this time.'”
When asked about gender preference, Jools admits,
“If I’m really honest, I’d like another girl. If Jamie could be really honest he’d say a boy. People reckon we shouldn’t say that, but I don’t know what the big deal is. I don’t think there is any harm in it.”
Jools and Jamie, who have been married eight years, expect baby number three on April 1st.

We recently reported that Heather Locklear, mom to 10-year-old Ava, had been arrested on suspicion of DWI. More details are emerging about Heather’s arrest – and things aren’t really adding up, according to TMZ.
The woman who first reported Heather to the cops is Jill Ishkanian, a former Us Weekly employee who had apparently been following Heather all day. She watched her go to the market, and then when Heather got into her car, she phoned 911 – even though the car wasn’t even moving.
Immediately after, she called a paparazzi agency to give them the heads up. And perhaps most suspicious is that Ishkanian is the only one who saw Heather driving at all, let alone “driving erratically” or was “drunk.” The police encountered her pulled over to the side of the road.
Police determined that there was no alcohol involved, but are waiting on the results of a drug test.
What do you think about the circumstances surrounding Heather’s arrest?
