   Wonder who came up with that middle name? Not that I am knocking naming your kids after countries and cities and whatnot, I have a son named Londin BUT Scotland with the “dad” being named Scott? He’s got to be the biggest douch on the planet…and with the only Kardashian worth a damn. At least she doesn’t seem to be AS phony as the rest of those famous-for-nothings!

   I don’t like the baby’s name, We had a foster kid who came with the name Penelope and when my parents adopted her we changed it to Kaylen Penelope, only because she goes by Penny, Love the Penny name just not Penelope . Congrats on having your daughter though enjoy that wonderful gift. I don’t think Khloe is phony..she is the most likable, she loves her husband more then her career, that makes her awesome.

   Kourtney is going to make the name Penelope become very popular. I bet it becomes one of the most popular baby names in the coming years. Wish I could bet money on it.

   I like the name Penelope Scotland. It’s different.
