X-Men star James Marsden, 38, had a bite to eat with his wife Lisa Linde and their 10-year-old son Jack on Saturday (October 2) in Studio City, Calif.
The couple - who wed in 2000 - were all smiles as they strolled along the streets with their sweet son, appearing far from unhappy as news hit this week that they decided to end their marriage.

New parents James McAvoy and Anne-Marie Duff have so far kept pretty quiet when it comes to their 1-year-old son Brendan, but the X-Men star will admit this much about fatherhood: It’s exhausting!
“When people say, ‘If you don’t have children, you won’t understand,’ that’s not true. The lack of sleep is the thing that you don’t understand. I’m still coming to terms with that. The bags under my eyes – that’s the biggest thing I’ll take away from the first year,” the 32-year-old actor admits.

27 Dresses star James Marsden spent a fun-filled father-daughter afternoon Saturday (May 8) with his adorable daughter Mary, 4 1/2. The two enjoyed sushi, hit up The Grove, and ended the trip with a ride to the car on dad's shoulders!
Marsden, who keeps a very low profile for having such a steady acting career, has been married to wife Lisa Linde for nearly 10 years. The couple are also parents to son Jack, 9.

James Marsden and his two children - Jack Holden, 8 1/2, and Mary James, 4 - posed on the red carpet at the P.S. Arts Express Yourself event in Santa Monica on Sunday (November 15). Mom is James' wife, fellow actress Lisa Linde.
Marsden currently stars in the science fiction horror film, The Box, alongside Cameron Diaz.

James Marsden and his wife, fellow actor Lisa Linde, were seen having a blast on the island of Maui, Hawaii with their two children, Jack Holden, 8, and Mary James, 3 1/2, on Saturday (June 20).
Lisa, who played the character Ali on Days of our Lives and James, best known for his roles in Hairspray, Enchanted, 27 Dresses, and the three X-Men films, have been married for nine years. Lisa's father is legendary country music songwriter Dennis Linde. The family of four recently relocated to Nashville.
James is set to star opposite Cameron Diaz in the upcoming horror film The Box, based on the 1970 short story Button, Button.
