Ashley Jensen currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband Terry Beasley and their 13-month-old son Frankie but is facing a big decision. The Scottish actress is trying to decide if she should she return to the UK in a few years when her son is ready to start school.

"Where our main home should be in the future is a source of great discussion," the Ugly Betty actress says.

Ashley, who is Scottish, has said that she's concerned about her son developing an American accent and has been playing a CD for him that has lullabies sung in a thick Scottish brogue.

One month after welcoming her baby boy Francis "Frankie" Jonathan, actress Ashley Jensen says she's learning the ropes of motherhood.

In her first interview since becoming a mom the 40-year-old Accidentally On Purpose star tells UK newspaper The Independent, "To be honest, I'm stumbling from day to day at the moment. Just getting to grips with feeding and not sleeping. It's all about routine, and it's very all-consuming. I had to feed him before I came out, which is why I was a little bit late, even though he wasn't really due a feed. And now I'm worried about whether my breasts are going to start lactating! You can't be away from him for too long."

Now making her home in Hollywood with her hubby Terence Beesley and their newborn son, the British-born actress continues, "One thing [motherhood] has given me is a real respect for womankind. Giving birth is amazing, and such a great leveller. It doesn't matter who you are – whether you're Mrs Beverly Hills with your Botox, or someone living in a caravan in Idaho. You both go through that."

Little Frankie will soon have some company on the set of his mom's CBS show - co-star Jenna Elfman is expecting baby #2 in March.

A glowing Ashley Jensen happily showed off her growing baby bump at last night’s LA premiere of The Invention of Lying.

The 39-year-old actress, who is expecting her first child, recently revealed that she’s been getting baby tips from her Accidentally On Purpose co-star Jenna Elfman, who is also pregnant:

It’s just great. I was asking Jenna for advice on a daily basis anyway because she’s already had a child, so now, we’re going through it together. One day on set she had a little wave of nausea, and she was like, ‘I don’t feel very well,’ so I had to go up and get some little saltine crackers and pretend they were for me — because nobody else knew at the time.”
