Chris and Allison are expecting their first child in early 2010. Ryder's mom is Chris' ex-wife, actress Kate Hudson.

Our observations were correct! Frontman for The Black Crowes, Chris Robinson, 42, and girlfriend Allison Bridges have confirmed to PEOPLE that they are indeed expecting! Their new addition is expected in early 2010.
Recently Allison's baby bump was spotted as the couple walked hand in hand in New York City.
This will be baby no. 2 for Chris, who has a 5 ½-year-old son, Ryder, from his marriage to Kate Hudson.
Chris and Allison have been dating since 2007.

It looks like Ryder is about to be a big brother! Chris Robinson was spotted holding hands with (we can only assume) his pregnant girlfriend in NYC on Thursday (September 3). We didn't know the 42-year-old musician was expecting another child!
Robinson is father to 5 1/2-year-old Ryder with his ex-wife, Kate Hudson. After nearly six years of marriage, the Almost Famous star announced their separation in 2006.

Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson and a female friend were spotted taking a walk through New York's West Village yesterday with his 5-year-old son Ryder.
Though Chris split from Ryder's mom Kate Hudson in 2006, she told Elle last year that they still remain close, saying, “Chris and I did not look at this from the beginning as any kind of traditional marriage: It’s about being a family forever — and we are. Whatever man I end up with, I will always love Chris.”
While Ryder and his dad were enjoying their New York stroll, Kate was spotted watching the Mets take on the Yankees at Citi Field in Queens, NY. The Fools' Gold star is rumored to be romancing Yankees' star Alex Rodriguez.

It's more daddy & me time for Chris Robinson and his son Ryder, 4. They were spotted in Tribeca, NYC on their way visit a toystore called Boomerang Toys. I don't think these two could keep a low profile walking down the street if they tried--they're just bound to get noticed!

Chris And Ryder Get Ice-Cream
Chris Robinson and little Ryder were spotted in the streets of NYC earlier this week. The pair went to get ice-cream (I see I'm not the only one who craves ice-cream even when it's freezing outisde!) and got to spend some daddy/son time. How cute!
The rocker recently confessed that having a son made him rethink his priorities and grow up a little. He said, "I'm a dad, and there are other things I have to get done in an afternoon than just being an artist."
