Amanda Beard is a four-time Olympic swimmer, model and new mom to 1-year-old son Blaise. The fit mama insists that her Olympic world records don't even compare to the hard work of motherhood.
While she's training for the 2012 London Olympics, Amanda says that juggling motherhood and her athletic career takes dedication and tons of practice. The new mom also opens up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about her son's first birthday, how motherhood has "drastically changed" her perspective on life and her new partnership with Aqua Sphere.

Olympic champion swimmer Amanda Beard and husband, photographer Sacha Brown, have welcomed their first child reports PEOPLE
Blaise Ray Brown was born Tuesday, September 15th in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7lbs 12oz and 19 ¾ inches in length.
“I was in labor for about 16 hours and it was all worth it. He is happy and healthy and everything went as planned,” says the happy new mother. "It was the most amazing experience that Sacha and I have ever experienced. We are so happy to be new parents! This is gonna be the best adventure ever."
Amanda, 27, and Sacha, 34, were recently married on an archipelago off southeastern Indonesia called Wakatobi.
