Report: Jude Law Finally Met Baby Sophia

Jude Law has finally met his 5-month-old daughter Sophia, The Sun reports.
With his lawyer in tow, Jude, 37, who fathered the tot with model and aspiring actress Samantha Burke, met his fourth child in Miami on Wednesday (February 24).
A source said Jude - who has rekindled his romance with his ex-fiance Sienna Miller - looked nervous upon arrival: "Jude was very on edge about the meeting. The pregnancy wasn't planned but he wants to do the right thing. It's not like he can hide - as soon as Sophia can use the internet she can find out who her dad is."
When asked if he was going to meet Sophia for the first time, Jude replied: "It's nothing to do with you."
In an interview last October, Samantha, 25, said Jude had yet to meet Sophia or send his well-wishes, but thought he'd "fall in love with her" once he saw her.
Sophia is Samantha's first child while Jude is also dad to Rafferty, 13, Iris, 9, and Rudy, 7, with ex-wife Sadie Frost.

Samantha Burke enjoyed a sunny Sunday afternoon shopping with her 4-month-old daughter Sophia and her mother in Pensacola, Florida on January 10. The mother of Jude Law's fourth child walked and smiled while pushing their daughter in a stroller.
Earlier this month, rumorville stated that the 37-year-old Sherlock Holmes star contacted Samantha over the holidays to arrange a visit “within a few weeks.”
Sophia is Samantha's first child while Jude is also dad to Rafferty, 13, Iris, 9, and Rudy, 7, with ex-wife Sadie Frost.

According to Showbiz Spy, actor Jude Law, who celebrated his 37th birthday on December 29, has finally decided to meet his fourth child.
Samantha Burke, 25, who gave birth to baby Sophia on September 22, recently bragged to friends that the Sherlock Holmes star contacted her over the holidays to arrange a visit “within a few weeks”.
A source tells British newspaper The News Of The World, “[Samantha]’s over the moon. She was hurt he had not seen Sophia.”
Samantha is allegedly hoping to rekindle her relationship with Jude, though he is reportedly seeing Sienna Miller again: “She told us they would get back together but I think Jude just feels a responsibility to his daughter,” says the source. “Sam is also considering a move to London. It could be the career chance she wanted.”
Jude is also dad to Rafferty, 13, Iris, 9, and Rudy, 7, with ex-wife Sadie Frost.

I can confirm that after months of constant requests from the media, I decided to share pictures of myself and Sophia with Hello! Magazine. Both Sophia and I were compensated for the photographs, and will donate a portion of the compensation to the Ronald McDonald House to assist with the completion of their new facility in Pensacola, FL. The majority of the compensation, paid to Sophia, will be placed in trust for her secondary education and well-being. I’m thrilled with the pictures of Sophia and pleased to announce that she is healthy, happy and deeply loved.

On her hopes for a relationship between Jude and Sophia: "I hope for him to be just as good as he is to his three children by Sadie Frost. He's a great father to his three kids. She's his daughter and I believe he'll come through. I mean once you see her face, how can you deny it?"
On how Jude will fall in love with Sophia when they meet: "She's already got such a great personality. I think he'll fall in love with her when he sees her."
On who Sophia looks like: "Her features are more like Jude's. She has his chin and nose, and she does a little pout that I notice that he's done before. I think her eyes are more like mine, though. You can't always tell when they're so young but they don't have that big, glassy look that his do - mine are a little smaller and more like hers."
On when Jude is coming to meet Sophia: "There are no plans for it to happen at the moment, but I know he's busy."
On if she has received any gifts for baby Sophia from Jude: "No nothing."
On being called a gold-digger: "It really hurt. I have never dated a guy for money. All my ex-boyfriends were just normal guys."

On September 22, Samantha Burke welcomed a baby girl named Sophia, whom she claimed is the daughter of actor Jude Law. Since then, Law, 36, requested DNA testing to prove paternity.
Burke's rep, Eileen Koch, shared the DNA results with Celebrity Baby Scoop:
Since the birth of her [Samantha Burke's] daughter, Sophia, there have been a number of reports in the media questioning paternity. In response to those questions, Samantha can confirm that DNA testing has conclusively established that Jude Law is Sophia's father. Samantha and Sophia are doing well and appreciate all of the well wishes they have received."

Jude Law has refused to see his newborn daughter Sophia until a DNA test proves he is the father, contact music reports.
Aspiring actress Samantha Burke just gave birth to baby Sophia on Tuesday (Sept. 22) after a brief romance with Jude earlier this year while he was filming Sherlock Holmes in New York.
Law had publicly vowed to "be a fully supportive part of the child’s life," but new claims say he is not planning to see baby Sophia until he has DNA evidence:
"Jude is still very cautious about Sam and Sophia. Until he is 100 per cent certain she is his daughter he is only communicating through lawyers," a source says. "If he is the father he will meet his obligations to the child. He's hoping for an early chance to establish that he is genuinely her dad."

Samantha Burke, the babymamma of Jude Law’s child, is reportedly planning to speak out about her brief affair with the Cold Mountain actor. In newly released photos, the 24-year-old model and aspiring actress was spotted shopping - amidst a wardrobe change - on Wednesday (Sept. 16).
Burke, who claims she is "far from a gold-digger," is reportedly planning to sell baby photos and spilling juicy details after the baby girl - Sophia- is born.
The New York Post reports that a source said, “Samantha is getting offers ranging up to $200,000″ for the interview and baby photos.
Baby Sophia is due on October 6, which is the same day Jude begins his Broadway production of Hamlet. The source went on to say, "The irony of the timing for the interview is not lost on her. She will talk openly about her relationship with Jude -- and he's not getting rave reviews" for his behavior. "While Jude has promised to provide for Sophia, Samantha doesn't feel like his behavior towards her was entirely chivalrous."
